Fabulous company. Great people. We signed up with them in February as new customers for the routine service plan. Recently our AC quit working on a Saturday evening. A technician arrived in 45 minutes and was able to quickly find the problem and get our home cool again. Because it had only been 3-4 weeks since they did our inspection we were not charged an after hours service fee! Everyone we speak to is professional and courteous.
