Awesome company not like others out there trying to sell you stuff, this company recommends, and when they do and you need to do it because you have no choice the prices extremely affordable, on the technicians mind is only one thing when they get to your house and that is to fix your A/C and keep it running, recommended techs are... Edgar, Jose and Jonnier but they are all good this techs have been to my house thats why I really recommend them.

The man driving vehicle number 18 license plate KRU B56 almost hit a woman and myself in the university crossing publix parking lot. He ran a stop sign and came within inches of us to get a spot one isle over. I just don’t find this acceptable under any circumstance. If this man’s driving is a reflection of the company’s concern for public wellbeing I wouldn’t not recommend this company.

Tech was ontime. He quickly diagnosed the problem, capacitor. He completed the repair and told us our unit was in good condition. We were happy that he didn't try to sell us a new ac.

Thanksgiving morning our AC went out and we called weather control. Aaron who called back right away was very reassuring that he would get it fixed. He got to me in 30 min and had it running in 1 hour. Very happy very impressed. I will use them again for sure

Worked with these guys at a property that I managed. Then called them to come to my home and replace the entire system. Very Professional from start to finish. If you are in need give em a shout everything will be done properly as well as quickly.

Just a few days ago I have a 10 ton air conditioner installed in my laundromat and I can't tell you how pleased I am the service was outstanding

They gave me the best price!!!! answered all my questions , polite courteous and very professional I was very surprised at the other air conditioner companies that I called some never called me back somewhere rude
but not these guys they did a fantastic job I highly highly recommend them

Weather control is the best company in town. Amanda was excellent to deal with and had the technician notify me when he was enroute. Mike showed up, knowledgeable, professional with a great attitude and sense of humor. Thanks for getting me squared away.

BEWARE...... IWe have been a loyal customer of Weather Control Air Conditioning for over 5 years. We have them come each year to service our air conditioner. We've had a couple of additional problems for which they came to fix. They have always been prompt and their service technicians good. The last service was this Sept. HOWEVER, we had a problem the day after Thanksgiving. It was determined to be a bad thermostat. Ok, great! Easy fix. Then we received the bill. $120 service.....0k....BUT $195.00 for a BASIC, NON PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTAT!! TOTAL $345.00... We looked up the thermostat on Amazon and Home Depot...the cost, $27.95. I understand markup but this is outrageous. When I called the office, lady just said, "That's what we charge" She said she would have the service manager call, which of course he didn't. If you have this company, be sure to CHECK OUT prices before you get their products. They just lost our LOYAL business (which they don't seem to care) along with the business of all our neighbors because we had previously recommended them highly.

I have used them for my home and my business when the AC stopped working. They are one of the few companies that do not try to upsell things you do not need. Very honest company.

Great service, don't charge you until they've fixed the issue. Repairmen and installers take the time to answer questions and explain things. Pleasant staff working the phones. Will always do business with this company.

These guys are the real deal. When you call them they do what they say and show up. Very knowledgeable and professional. There was some confusion with our job but they were awesome to work with and resolved the situation it's our satisfaction. If you're needing heating and air conditioning system help call these guys.

If you're looking for warranty work outside of business hours, go elsewhere. I for one am taking my business elsewhere if they can't stand behind their work less than three years after initial installation.
I contacted their company on a Saturday, as they had installed the new unit in my house in 2018 and it went out not 3 years later. The gentleman who answered stated that not only did they not install my A/C, he wasn't associated with Weather Control and did not know the name William Servick (the name on the HVAC installation permit for my home).
I finally managed to get the paperwork from the manufacturer which confirmed that Weather Control did the installation. When I emailed a copy of this paperwork to them, Jennifer informed me that it was their after hours answering service and the on-call technician responds. Obviously, whoever answered that call didn't feel any need to service a paying customer.

My AC system was recently replaced by this company. Their service was outstanding, their schedule impeccable. The tech, Howard Jarrett, did the extra mile to get the job right. The compressor 30+ years, and the whole unit 20+ years, were replaced; and everything was rusted and filled with fiberglass. He did a superb job, and you I was able to see that he has an extensive knowledge in this business, provided also by 10+ years of experience working with that company.

I congratulate them, especially Howard, for performing their jobs with such professionalism.

This is the best experience I have had with an AC company! Mehdi was my technician, and was so thorough and helpful. He spent extra time cleaning my unit which was partially buried by dirt and debris. He provided a status update on both units and made sure I did not have any questions. Highly recommend!

Replaced batteries in my thermostat, put them in UPSIDE DOWN 😂 and they came out, fixed it no charge, and didn’t make me feel like a total idiot. Once again, this is such a great company. They take care of your unit, don’t try to sell you unnecessary things, and are always incredibly polite and kind. Lots of choices in town- these guys are the best, hands down.

I called several other options including Weather Control and found them to be very professional, prompt with good customer service. The real test is after the purchase and they have been better than expected. Their customer service is excellent and give you specific time period for service and call prior to coming to the house. They make us feel like they truly are looking out for our best interest.
