Excellent service! I had an emergency plumbing issue. This company is open 24 hours and was at my house within 30 minutes and solved my problem right away! Very knowledgeable!

This is the second time Roto-Rooter came out to clean out roots from my sewer line. I knew they would have to come again because I was told the roots would eventually grow back if I didn't fix the hole in the line. Roto-Rooter was very quick to respond and send out a tech to resolved the issue. Daniel cleaned out the sewer line and very clearly explained my options.

Ben, the owner, working with Joe the Plumber, came out for a late evening call for a blocked main line. Very good communication from start to finish, was able to open the drain at 63 feet. We are so grateful. He’s also a very nice guy and reasonable fees. Highly recommended!

Where do I start, what amazing service. We have used Roto Rooter services over the yrs and have never been disappointed. When bad things happen you need 2 things, one being speed and the other is knowledge. Elvis was able to get to my dad’s house within 1 hr. found the problem, fixed it and communicated every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

I needed a 40 foot driveway drain cleared out. I have used root rooter before. Clearing out the drain
Involved removing roots and dirt so the end of the road stays open. Your employees are very caring and do a wonderful job. I recommend them highly.

When I called for a pump out the office staff was wonderful and the guys who pumped out my tank are very kind and kept my yard clean and did a fantastic job! I will be using them again for any septic or plumbing needs.

The guys showed up in pouring rain and thunder, they worked through it and did an awesome job. I called in the morning and same day service. 5 stars!

I noticed my toilets gurgling after I flushed and knew that that was a sign of septic issues. I called All Septic All Plumbing, Inc. and Julie answered, she was beyond nice and curtious!

They dispatched someone to come to my house on a Saturday (it's always on a weekend when these things happen). The person who came to service my home was Isreal. Isreal was awesome and explained everything to me.

Overall, the experience with All Septic All Plumbing, Inc. was AMAZING! It is very difficult for me to give 5 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement. This would be the rare exception.

The service was OUTSTANDING from the initial phone call through the actual service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called this morning to get a quote for a septic clean out and was quoted $325 (considered an emergency) to come out today, which was okay. I called back to confirm not even an hour later and I was told "please hold while I check the schedule" then another woman picked up and stated "the price just went up to $425". These people are out to get you. Word of advise to you All Plumbing, you are in the business of customer service and price gouging should not be part of your practice. We never used this company, and we never will. You shouldn't either.

James came to my house a few weeks ago for a backup. He was immediately able to pinpoint our issue. He told us he specialized in sewer work and ensured us that it would go flawlessly, and it did. From now on I will always request him because of how knowledgeable he was. Thank you all septic for such prompt service.

Called them to unclog a drain. They told me they would try to have someone there on Tuesday but it might be the next day. They would call and let me know. I had to call them to find out it wouldn’t be till Wednesday. Wednesday they said he would be there early afternoon. By early afternoon they were saying they would check with the dispatcher and call me back. They never did. We called back again at 2:30 and 4:30 and both times they said he would be there even though it was the day before Thanksgiving. He never showed. They never called. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

They were very easy to work with. Pleasant person answering phones, very reasonable price, and here to pump with in a couple of hours of calling. Would recommend highly. I did read others review especially the bad ones and happy to say I experienced none of what the complaints were saying. I give them 👍🏻👍🏻

I’m refinancing my home and needed a well/septic inspection to provide to the lender. I called All Septic All Plumbing to schedule an appointment late on a Friday afternoon and a crew came out the following Tuesday to perform the inspection.I received the inspection documents via email that same week.

I must have contacted All Septic at least 5 times after that because my mortgage company kept asking for different documentation. Julie and Emelee were very helpful and polite, even when I lost my cool (because of the mortgage company, not because of them). I would 100% recommend this business for your septic and plumbing needs.

Their customer service is great! Quick to respond and try to figure out your problem so they can send out the correct person. We also used them for a septic tank inspection when we bought our house and they were on time and professional.

We had to call them on Sunday at 2:00pm 1/29/2017 and the driver was here within 1 hour. It took almost an hour to pump out our septic tank. He was professional and friendly. We WOULD call them again when needed. He did a great job. Thanks
