Do not recommend this place. Charged to clean out the septic tank$275. Then was told had to snake the pipes so paid an additional $125. Called again 9 days later because was still having issues with the toilet flushing told the lady it was never flushing right since they came out the first time. Shady plumber asking which kind of snake we want this time, gave 2 different prices. How would we know what snake we want? Obviously the one that will work! Charged another $225. Called again was told the owner will be out this past Friday to check everything. He never showed. Just keep taking your money, unprofessional and shady.

I can not ask for more from service provided. Albertico & Steven were more than I expected. I was kind of concerned after reading other reviews from the company, but you can't judge a book by its cover. They were professional throughout the entire process, explained everything they were going to do and they did a great job. If you want a great service, please request this team.

James was amazing, came out on a Sunday afternoon and got the shower to quit running while it was off. Minor fix to a major leak. Great personality and super customer service. Thank you for the quick service at my friends house. You rock

This company answered the phone and came to my house in Cape Coral on Labor day weekend for a full septic tank. Turned out we had much bigger issues. This company was fair, had amazing customer service, helped us with our problem and fairly charged and treated us. When we do have septic issues and need routine maintance we will call these guys!

Mr.Rodriguez and Rich were a wonderful team servicing my septic system. They were quick and efficient. They also took their time making sure my lawn was back to its original state. I HIGHLY recommend this company based on the level of professionalism their staff shows on the job site!

The two technicians took extra effort to be sure my tank was cleaned and working, even though it took them extra time and it was the last stop of their day. They were both very professional and hard working. The price was exactly as quoted by the young lady on the phone, $265, even though it seemed to me that they had to spend some extra time on my system to be sure of the issues involved. Don;t know what more you could ask for, except maybe a better arival time estimate, but that's the nature of this kind of service, I think.

I called them on a Friday morning, they were here a couple of hours later. From the office, to Javier and his assistant, they were all courteous and knowledgeable. I will call them for all my plumbing and septic issues. I will refer them to others without hesitation.

I called them yesterday because we were having problems with our septic (knew it had to be drained). They sent someone out - got there in about 4 hours. Drained the tank and we are good to go! Thank you!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has the worst employees I’ve ever dealt with. They are shady, give multiple prices and then don’t follow through. I recently had a specific blockage and was told someone would come out to inspect it. That if I “needed” to be pumped it’d be a certain price. Keep in mind I had it pumped 9 months ago!!!! The girl on the phone was friendly enough BUT the workers came and pumped ONLY. DID NOT LOOK for a blockage, left raw SEWAGE ALL OVER, didn’t even cover their digging with the dirt or grass. I had toilet paper and poop in my yard! The curbing was never put back. It’s a nightmare !Along with a half butt cover put back on on. Have them on security footage smoking, messing around , & not working at all. To top it all off.... they didn’t fix the problem! Flushing the toilet Had to call and get someone else out who recognized the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes. It was a blockage out front. He “attempted” to to clean it up in the dark but by this time it was nearly 11 pm. Now they are actually trying to charge me for double the price. Contacted my bank about their fraudulent activity. And still have poop smelling front yard with dirt mounds!! Are they INSANE!?!? Wish I could post pics of this... I even have pics of the inches of sewage in my shower.

Very unhappy with the whole operation. Contracted them to do work on 2/11/21 it just got completed on 5/11/21. When we met and I gave a 50% deposit it was discussed that work would be handled from vacant lot I own. Work started when I was out of town and never informed that it would start. They removed damaged drain field from the ditch which destroyed entire front lawn. Unfortunately I was under the impression they would restore damaged Areas. It seems this is my responsibility. Upon final payment I was informed I have 30 days to restore yard or warranty is void. Upon which time I was also informed that they are having a hard time getting sod for customers they are restoring their yard. Not sure you will get better service these days but it's worth a try I will mot be using them again for anything.

My family and I are not very good septic tank people and of course it backed up last night at 945. I called around several places this morning and they were all very similar in price. The main difference was every other company wanted to charge an emergency fee of $120. I hired All Septic at 730 Am and they were at my house by 330 Pm no extra fee. Thank you guys now we are free to abuse our septic tank again...see you next year!!!

I’ve had several issues with our septic since we bought our home. Each technician has been great! Today James saved the day, He fixed my clog issue within minutes. He was polite and very knowledgeable about the issues I was having. Thank you for the excellent service!

My Septic started backing up Tuesday night. It was a really horrible event for my 2 young children ages 12 & 10 to go through, but my direct deposit was not scheduled to go in till the following Wednesday. The next day I called ALL SEPTIC/ALL PLUMBING and spoke to "SHELLY" in the office. She was so polite and She listened to me with such patience to understand my situation. I explained that I could write a Check that could be cashed early Wednesday. She quickly contacted the director with urgency and He honored my request. She scheduled someone the same day. I am so Grateful to have found a Company that has Real People who care to Provide such excellent customer service to meet a customer's need. I plan on using them in the Future and I whole Heartedly recommend ALL SEPTIC/ALL PLUMBING. My Super Hero's. Thank You Shelly and Thank You All Septic/All Plumbing.

I hired this company for a sewer line connection and septic abandonment back in December of 2020 and this process with them has been a nightmare and still not over. Their customer service is atrocious. They are extremely unresponsive and ignore you after they receive the first half of the payment to begin working. They damaged an irrigation line while digging to locate the septic tank, and then tried to bury the line without fixing it. If I had not caught them in the act, they would've gotten away with it. Very dishonest company. Now, I have a depression in my front lawn caused by an improper back fill. The job was failed by the city inspectors. We have called them for over a month now, since the depression formed, and once again they are pretty much unresponsive and ignoring us, but had the audacity to request final payment. We had one individual contact us and say he would come by and rectify the problem. Still nothing. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company.

This is a great company! I needed my septic drained and cleaned. These guys came out within a few hours of me scheduling a call in! Dennis and Tony were kind and informative. Price was very fair and instead of waiting for my toilets to over flow next time, I will just have these guys come out every couple years and clean it out since the price was so reasonable! I have been using this company for a long time without any inconveniences ever, but they just aggressively increased the price of their services and where not able to negotiate to keep a client like me that has 2 to 3 houses almost every week. It was so easy to go out and find a better deal. It's really sat. If yoy don't mind a high price they are really good, i you just need a job done and affordable walk away.

They may be on the expensive side, no doubt that you get what you pay for and I received nothing but the best service! From the receptionist to the workers that pumped my septic tank, everyone was kind, very professional and extremely helpful! After several years away from our home in NW Cape, I called All Septic for a quote. I spoke with Julie who was amazingly cordial and polite on the phone. Their price came in below other options. When the crew arrived for the removal, I wasn’t sure where the tank was located and after 30 minutes of trying, the crew could not locate the tank either. After explaining to the crew that I would do my best to locate the tank on my own, I called Julie who immediately went online, found the location of the tank (home survey), and provided this information back to the crew. Within 30 minutes the crew was back at dusk completing the task. Julie went above and beyond for her professionalism and ability to get things done! Great company to deal with and great prices as well. Easy to make appointment and they came out when they said they would. Office staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.
