Companies sometimes hire individuals who are ill suited for the jobs or lie to employers about their abilities such was the case will ALL Septic. The hiree turned out to be a scammer but ALL Septic did the right thing and refunded my money and let that employee go and offered to make things right. I applaud their professionalism.

My sewer system was backing up into the downstairs showers. My plumber, Jorge Alvarez, Cape Shore Plumbing, did emergency early morning response and discovered that we had an unknown septic tank between the house and the pump station! Jorge recommended All Septic and Julie was on it and had her team out that afternoon for emergency excavation and pump out. Field team was excellent and recommended risers on the tank as the concrete hatches were shot and leaking. Thanks for the amazing response and customer service.

They were great. I had a back up septic tank on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get someone out to pump it. Will be using them again.

Been in My Home since 2009 in Cape Coral and the only company that has ever taken care of me is All Septic All Plumbing Inc. they are a great team. when my septic tank was pumped out today there was a problem… Ugh!! the concrete lid was cracked and all septic sent out the “Torres Team” (LOL!) of brothers and they are making everything great. I can’t thank them enough. If you want a good honest company, call All Septic All Plumbing Inc. for your plumbing needs.

Wow what an amazing group of people! Called about my septic possibly being full but wasn’t sure. Had family visiting from out of town. Even tho they didn’t have any appointments left for the day they squeezed me in due to the circumstances. Pricing was fair and service was honest and beyond incredible. I was educated about the septic I have (just bought the house 3 weeks ago) so now I know what to look for and what to check for in the event of septic failure. They aren’t trying to sell anything and told me I was good where I was good and what needed attention and repair. As long as I have septic and live in this area they are my go-to.

The people I spoke with on the phone were extremely polite and kind, and set up an appointment the same day. The plumber who came out seemed nice as well. I thought my septic filter had clogged again, but, when he opened the tank, it turned out to be a clog between the clean out and the tank. He used a snake to unclog it from the cleanout fitting. He was very hasty, probably because it was so late by the time he got here, and ended up dropping the concrete lid hard, edge first onto the septic tank lip about 3 times before he got it off, which, of course, I wasn't thrilled about. It was dark, so I couldn't see the extent of damage, but I imagine the concrete chipped pretty good. The price for the service, which probably took 30 minutes in all, was $225 to clean the filter and $100 extra for the 5 minutes it took him to snake the clog.

I called them to get a septic inspection for a new home install. There was already a system on the lot. The guy that came out passed the tank and "failed" the drain field. I paid $500 for this and he didn't even test the drainfield, stated it was old and needed to be replaced. The salesman then came out to sell a whole new septic system, stating the health department would not pass the one we had. Did not even talk about the septic tank that passed nor provided that paperwork. Quickly got a 2nd opinion, the other company passed the system, provided the correct paperwork needed for the health department and the health department approved our septic system just fine for our new home install. Get 2nd opinions and trust your gut. I'm shocked this is allowed and wanted to write a review to inform others.

Torres and Stanley did an excellent job! They were efficient and very friendly throughout the entire visit. They explained what they were doing, worked smoothly, and got everything taken care of. It was a great experience from start to finish. I really appreciate their professionalism and would happily recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done.

The Address 3541 Evans Ave is Sunterra Apartments it's low-income housing I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone the landlord is very nasty and rude towards the tenants she doesn't want to fix on anything involving the apartments but she will surely overcharge you and charge you for anything that breaks and need to be fixed but turns around a refuses to do simple painting repairs the stoves are old the refrigerators are old aswell the apartments have black mold and roach and rat infestation and she overlooks those matter there's no security here for safety of children and elders and there is also a heavy and huge drug and crime rating in the area I wouldn't suggest the apartments to anyone looking for a place your better off going down towards old Metro parkway for better living conditions
