Excellent customer service, they have gone as far to come and open on a sunday for us to get a motor starter for us for an emergency industrial call, not many suppliers would do that.

I called and gave specifics about power cable splitter I was looking for. Person who answered, first didn't know the spec I was asking about. When we finally got that straight, I reiterated to him that I was looking for a splitter and he didn't know what a splitter was and I had to explain it to him. I know you aren't going to know everything and also not having the part in stock is understandable. I just feel that if you are working at an electric parts supplier you should have a rudimentary understanding of the products. At least knowing what a splitter is, seems the least you should know.

We have been in town for 2 months doing a pretty good size kid at the USDA facility.

This business and phone number seems outdated (phone # sold/repurposed). When you call you end up with someone in a call center (seems like India) and then they will try to connect you with a "local contractor".
