Great service call for my generator maintenance. Technician Alex Cartagena was friendly, professional and obviously was very experienced and knew what he was doing, Explained everything and didn't mind my questions.
I am very pleased overall with Rack Electric and their service technicians.

We have been very impressed and completely satisfied with the services provided by Rack Electric. Our most recent maintenance visit was performed by Tanner Hess. Tanner was personable and professional. He did a great job and kept us fully informed as to what he was doing. He kept us advised as to the time he would arrive for the service and was on time.

Lou, a technician from Rack Electric, performed my six-month service; he was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable about his job. He took the time to communicate clearly and ensure I understood everything. It’s great that he was proactive and mentioned the potential need for a battery replacement, showing his thoroughness and consideration for my needs. My technician was Matt. He as always was very thorough in maintenance on my generator. After making my generator looking brand new, he checked it out to make sure everything worked the way it's suppose to. He took his time to completely service the generator.

My tech, Alex, contacted me 20 minutes out, arrived on time, told me what he was going to be doing and then went to work. He reported to me before he left and told me what my propane level was and what he had done. It was very professionally done. Professional and friendly describe this company.

We have been very satisfied with Rack Electric. Everyone we have dealt with are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Tanner came out yesterday to do our full maintenance on our generator. He was very thorough and very courteous to us. He is a very responsible guy and does his job very well. We definitely would recommend Rack Electric to anybody needing electrical and/or generator working done.

Rack technician Nick was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and very thorough. He got a lot done in 45 minutes. I feel like I am now ready for hurricane season with my generator tuned up and a full tank of fuel. Good experience overall!

Not thrilled with the 8 hour arrival window however, Rack Electric technician Jared Garner called when he was 20 minutes out to alert me of his arrival. I found him to be extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Our experience with Rack in performing our generator maintenance has been very positive with no issues over the past 2 years and I would definitely recommend them for generator maintenance.

The 8 hour window is difficult for most people including myself, so that needs to be worked on.
On a better note, my technician, Jared, was very pleasant and efficient! He’s a good member of the Rack team for sure!

Good job. Very professional work by technician Jordan Shaw. Noticed battery was out, replaced same and performed scheduled maintenance as requested. Rack Electric provided a very comprehensive maintenance report and suggestions for improving performance. Very good job.

Rack Electric, successfully completed our automated Generac system installation and hookup, propane tank installation and hook up. They have great technicians and workers, who were professional and efficient. Scheduling was our issue during this process, but all got resolved and completed with a final County approval inspection.

Lou did a great job replacing starter motor on my generator, replacing battery, and tuning up my generator for upcoming hurricane season.

Corey Harris came to service my Generac whole house stand - by generator. He and Rack Electric did a good job and showed up on time like a professional that Corey and Rack Electric is. I purchased and had Rack Electric install the system and have been very satisfied with the work and product. So I will stay with Corey Harris of Rack Electric as well for my ongoing maintenance.
