We have a Service Contract for our whole house generator that is probably about 12 years old. Thankfully it ran great for several days after a tornado hit our house and we lost power for the duration of the outage. Just had our scheduled service and service and technician great. On time, competent and friendly. 5 Stars!

We were very glad we went with Rack Electric for our whole house generator service. The electrician, Mathias, was very thorough and also informative about all that he did through the process. He helped us understand how to better keep our generator in good condition and have several great suggestions. I also appreciated the follow up that the company provided, from the call after the service to the text with full details about all that was done. Even better (compared with the service that other family members have received from other companies), the service was done on the day it was scheduled and Mathias showed up within the window of time promised with a courtesy call 30 min prior. EXCELLENT service!

June 19 - I believe/hope this is a good company, but…I signed up for a yearly service contract and took 2 months to get first visit. Service tech arrived very early without any notification and generator was left off/off-line. When “finished” he left no note or work order. When I called office to find out status, they told me job was completed. Next day, I was texted to say that generator needed a new starter and they would be back, no ETA. Again, I had to follow up. People are super nice but communication, always a different text number, is very weak. Almost feels like I am communicating with AI, not a real person…reply is super fast and semi-generic, never a phone call only texts…and no email ever. Hoping this plays out well. Again, people are very nice and they seem to do good work. Just have to wait and poor communication.

July 3 - I was called by Stephen, the service manager, immediately after review and Rack responded extremely well. I am very satisfied with their work and will continue to use their services. Yes, I would recommend them...just believe their written communication (both email and work orders left at house) could be much better.

Overall very good. From the initial quote to service of the generator for a couple of years now. My main complaint is that they advertise referral bonuses and I have had two friends purchase generators based on my recommendation and never received anything. I recommended them because I think they did a good job for a good price. That being said if you advertise something you should follow through with it.

Highly recommend this company for any needs in regards to generator maintenance and installation. They were on time, knew what they were talking about, and everything was very smooth. I have been in the construction business for 35 years and would definitely recommend using them.

We had to call for the 2nd check. We were being billed for another year before the last year was completed.
The secretary that made the appointment was very poor. We told her we needed a pm appointment due to a morning Doctor appointment. She said that’s when it would be— however, the technician arrived in the am and my husband was not able to be there—and he wants to be here for service calls. I stayed home so the technician was able to preform all the checks.

Rack Electric took over for our long time provider One Stop Generator almost a year ago. Very professional, knowledgeable staff. Called ahead before serviceman's arrival. Very happy with this new-to-us company!

Our service call was excellent. Rack Electric gave us plenty of notice by email and text. Xavion Williams (our tech) called when he was en route. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Only good things to say.

Robert called and texted before he arrived. The text also had his picture and brief professional background. He was a pleasure to talk to. He conducted a thorough check of our generator. Great service professional.

Alex from Rack Electric came out today for generator maintenance. He was fantastic! Can’t say enough about the personalized customer service offered by staff whether by phone or in person. We couldnt be happier with our service. No need to look any further in our opinion!

Couldn’t have been more pleased with the overall experience. Scheduling was extremely easy and done in a manner that considered our availability. Alex called ahead to give us a heads up on his arrival. Very pleasant and professional service technician. Quite evident he was very familiar with both the equipment and the scope of the work for his visit. Work was done in an organized manner explaining each step as he went. All maintenance items taken care of in a timely manner and the work area and unit cleaned prior to leaving. System then was tested to ensure in perfect working order.
