Reel Plumbing is certified for backflow installation on commercial property. Price was for two backflows installed. Job well done.

Water heater burst on Sunday night. Called Reel Plumbing and left message. They called at 7:30 A.M. next morning. Plumber was there at 8 A.M. Had a new water heater and hot water before 11 A.M. Can’t get any better service than that.

We are so grateful to have found this honest, responsive company. We needed a plumber on short notice to fix my relative’s leaking toilet and change the fill valve. I am not local, so I searched for a plumber on Google, Yelp, and FB. Reel Plumbing had great reviews across the board, so I called them. I’m glad I did.

From the first call, their communication was excellent. They were able to get us a same-day appointment (within two hours of calling). The plumber (Paul) was great – very friendly and professional. He did all of the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up everything afterwards. Their pricing was very reasonable. 10/10 experience, and we will definitely be using Reel Plumbing them for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

Great local company. I'm new to the area and was pleased when a real person picked up the phone in the office- unlike some of the other companies I tried . Operator was helpful , polite and efficient . She scheduled a visit within 24 hours of my call (for a non-emergency plumbing problem. )
