Very nice people. One star because they were not clear on their pricing. They had to come out 3 times, weren't able to resolve the problem, until they used the hydrojet on the third visit. What I thought was going to be a 400$ turned into a 900$ job and I wasn't notified until I got the bill. Not very transparent

Reel Plumbing is simply awesome. They repaired my water main leak to my house one day after Hurricane Milton. They were honest, reasonably priced, and efficient. I will be using them solely for any plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend them. Thank you so much Reel Plumbing!!!

I had a great experience with Reel Plumbing! I had a leak somewhere that caused my water bill to skyrocket! Because Reel was excellent when I used them before, I called them again for help finding the leak and fixing it. Brandon M, was the plumber who investigated all possibilities of the leak and was able to pinpoint it to a toilet that I didn't know was constantly running, as the reason for my leak. He did my toilet installation in 1 bathroom and repaired the 2nd! Brandon knew exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done! He was very professional and efficient. I'm still extremely impressed and happy with their service and recommend Reel plumbing to everyone.

Called Real and they sent someone within two hours and completed my job. Also used them s few months ago to replace a water heater. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

To answer your post, I didn't expect "free service" I would expect courtesy of listening and not assuming I wanted something for "free".

They responded almost immediately. Brad ( I think was his name) was excellent. It was obvious he was into his job and knew exactly what to do. He was polite, friendly and very willing to get the job done. Thank you Reel!

I had an excellent experience with Reel Plumbing from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and they arrived on time as promised. The technician Brandon McNeal was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue, outlined my options, and completed the repair efficiently without any unnecessary upselling.

The workmanship was solid, the pricing was fair, and everything was left clean and in proper working order. It is refreshing to deal with a company that communicates well and stands behind the quality of its work.

Father & Son team were amazing - knowledgeable and friendly.

Brandon and Aidan were great. They explained in detail what they were going to do and did it quickly and efficiently. Reset a toilet, replacing a flange and replaced a cartridge in the shower faucet. Reasonably priced as well. Great people. I highly recommend Reel Plumbing!

Paul was great. I appreciate your fitting me in. I'm too old to get in these tight spots. The price although high for this old man is a bit of shock but at least the job was well done. Thank you. You're local and I will definitely use you services again as long as I can afford it.
