I was referred to the Plumbery from the guy at Home Depot who did not have a replacement part for my sink. The owner knew precisely what to do...it took 5 seconds for him to snip off a bad end, readjust the ball, and send me on my way - NO CHARGE. Called before going and he had exactly what I needed. Great place to go for repair parts especially those hard to find items you can’t get at a big box store. Saved me time when I needed a gasket for a gerber toilet. Will definitely use again if I need any plumbing supplies. Staff is great too!

Francisco was my hero today! God bless him. I ordered a brushed gold Krause kitchen faucet online and when the plumber went to install it, it leaked. Apparently it came with bad o rings. The big chain stores didn’t have the right thickness of o ring and they didn’t have a brushed gold faucet of my liking (there was only one). I called the plumbery in search of a new faucet. The plumber was waiting and I had already been without a kitchen for too long due to a renovation. Francisco asked me what the issue was and I explained. Bring it in he said, I’ve got plenty of o rings, if I can fix it, I will. And that’s exactly what he did! He saved me from having to get an ugly faucet and he saved me from having to go another day or more without a functioning sink. Thank God for small businesses, thank God for Francisco!

Great place, helped me out with a problem I was having when hooking up an external water filter to a fridge line. Home Depot was useless, tried here and in 5 minutes I was out the door with my problem solved. The shop is like stepping back in time, it was a pleasant change to get great customer service even though my purchase was only $5.

I needed parts for a 1957 shower valve. I went in with a photograph and the guy knew the EXACT make/model and sold be everything I needed AND explained the best way to make the repair last for another fifty plus years. Great inventory, both new and vintage. I highly recommend this place.

I used to purchase all kinds of odd's and ends from Franscisco, because he knew so much about pluming and had everything the big box stores didn't have. A few weeks ago I called him from Arizona, some 15 years later, where we now live. I had a simple problem that I could not figure but he walked me through every detail, having me confirm nothing was broken and pulled the same part in his hand telling me every detail and step by step to re-assemble the faucet. He was so patient and not rushing me in any way, after a 30 min phone conversation it was working. He even said to say hello to my wife who would often run the errands to his store before we ended the conversation.
