I needed several smaller plumbing jobs done. The company assured me that no job is too small when it needs their attention. They worked with me to understand the issues. The 2 plumbers who came were definitely skilled, professional and listened when I was explaining my concerns. They fixed everything on the list. This business respects the customer from the first call to their office to the time their truck left my house; with all problems fixed.

Eli did a spot on job for our water 💧 heater, was kind, hard working, & knew his trade 100%! thank you southpaw plumbing & Eli. highly recommend this company, did a fantastic job!!!

They take your estimate money and run $125 dollars for 5 mins person didn’t do a full estimate He Cry about going underneath The crawl space but quickly ask for the estimate money. He didn’t even attempt to go in at all. I call someone else they went in and move around the Air-conditioning ducts from the same entrance and exit . Southpaw wanted me to break open another entrance.

First they were an hour and a half late. They made it seem like it would take 3 hours max turned into an all day thing. Told me he didn't have all his tools and it was taking him longer and ended up taking 6 hours(so I pay for that..) That would've been fine but that was with a cigarette break every 15 mins. Told me it was $80 an hour and on the sheet says $85 plus $120 for just showing up ($587.50 for 6 hours). I was expecting around $400 and ended up close to $1000. Work was good but had I known it was gonna be that expensive I wouldn't have done it.

Adam and O'Ryan install a on-demand hot water heater. I could not be any more pleased. The workmanship is excellent. The unit itself was a 90+% efficient using outside air and an existing roof vent. I would highly recommend their services.

South Paw Plumbing did a great job replacing my water heating elements at such a fair price! I called them early in the morning and they fit me in the schedule a few hours later. Customer service to technician, they were so courteous and professional.
