Called for a pump out AND cleaning of filter, was told 225$ I was at work, wife was home. Wife calls me stating the septic company wants 75$ more dollars for a clean of the filter. I call company and ask, the receptionists says yes it's 225$ and 75$ extra for filter cleaning. I said that's not what you told me then the receptionist proceeds to tell me that I told her oh ok 300$ for pump out and filter cleaning, mean while I was in a room with 6 other guys that heard my conversation, 225$ pump and clean is what I was told. The receptionist made no attempt to make this right and proceeded to argue with me. Lost a customer for sure, I WOULD NOT do business with this company. I have no problem paying what I was quoted. The receptionist should have made this right by saying well our rate is 300$ sorry for the misunderstanding, next time it will be 300$. Terrible customer service. WILL NOT call this company ever again.

Septic pumped out : This was the only company that offered a fair price and didn’t charge extra for things. one place I called said they charge extra for rinsing the tank out another place I called said you don’t have to rinse the tank out these guys sucked it out and rinsed it and the price was honest I guess it’s all in the name they are accurate there’s a lot of companies that I’ve been around this town for a long time and they’re trying to get rich off of one person this is a company that’s a business it’s professional and very well run and priced I thank them so much Don’t hire anybody but these guys I guarantee you if you give them a chance to quote it versus any other company they will have better information and they will do more work for less price

I called because my septic tank was overflowing, they were able to come out a few hours later to help. The gentleman they sent out was so nice and helpful, he explained everything to me, very professional and the best prices in town. I highly recommend them!!

I called for service Thursday and they came the next day. Our service tech called to let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly and did a great job. He was polite and informative... this is my new go to company

I called on a Friday to have my septic tank pumped and had a difficult time making an appointment, the receptionist was less than helpful... I think she accidentally hung up. When Accurate showed up the following Monday, I was made to feel foolish because I wasn't informed about the system in my recently purchased home. They were unable to perform any work but still felt it was appropriate to charge for the visit. They need to revise their customer service protocol.

New to the area, neighbor recommended that I contact this company. Called yesterday, receptionist very courteous and scheduled appointment for today. Driver called ahead of appointment, promptly arrived and was very professional. Very reasonable . Very satisfied and will certainly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you!

Our septic backed up on the Christmas holiday weekend. We called several companies and they were all already closed for Christmas by noon on Saturday. A friend of ours gave us Accurate's number and they immdiately text and called us. They gave us an estimate over the phone when everyone else would not. When the tech arrived within the hour, he was great!! His name starts with a "W" and I hope he gets this compliment. He was friendly, fast, and very honest with us as to what was going on and what our options were. The price was exactly what the office originally told us it would be as well!! These guys are fantastic!! We would recommend their services to all. Great job to the team of Accurate Septic. Merry Christmas!!

Second time using them and will continue to use them for any future issues. We had an issue with our bank and they still let us keep our appointment and gave us a payment arrangement for a future date. Hands down the best company to use for septic needs.

We’re do I begin......had a problem with my septic tank and I was referred by Hughes Plumbing company. And from when I called Accurate Septic Compsny and spoke to Maria she was awesome. Extremely helpful. And our service guy was Warren he was really pleasant and easy to deal with. And also very knowledgeable. Thank you very much for your help the whole experience was great. I would DEFINITELY recommend them. Great job.

Carlos was wonderful! Very honest company! We thought the pump was broke but it was just a loose wire and a low floater for a false reading. They really helped us big time and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. I will definitely call on them again if needed. Thank you again Carlos!

Called late afternoon for a price estimate, happily they do not price gouge and overcharge like many of the others! Gal on the phone was very friendly and scheduled my pump out for the next day! I can’t thank Accurate Septic Services and Paul enough for their outstanding service! We had a septic emergency late at night, and Paul came out quickly to help. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get everything fixed. His willingness to come out after hours and his expertise made a stressful situation so much easier. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest septic service, I highly recommend them!

Horrible. I don't leave reviews, even when it's bad, but had to this time. I called stating that my septic was backing up for the second time in 5 months and needed the problem diagnosed and to know what my repair options were. The lady said they offer pump outs and inspections. I told her i needed a problem diagnosed and repaired, neither option sounded helpful. Getting short, she relisted the same things and pricing. I asked if they could diagnose it during a pump out and got what sounded like a yes, so I settled on that. The crew shows up for the pump out and spends LITERALLY 10 minutes trying to back up my driveway with the truck. I nearly offered to do it for them. They do the pump out. I speak with one of them about what might be wrong, I get nothing too helpful. They leave and then I see the carnage done to my driveway. I knew there could be a small crack or two but nothing like this! A lady called the next day to see if I was satisfied with the service. I calmly tell her why I wasn't, not even mentioning the driveway. Her response was "Okay." I hung up. Unbelievable. Use a different company. I will when things back up again in a few months.

I used this company in late June/early July of 2023 after we bought a home in Port St. Lucie, they came out and opened only one of the tanks and didn’t inform us that there were two tanks that needed to be flushed out, resulting in a septic tank back up in our home not even 9 months after cleaning it the first time. Had another company come out to diagnose the issue today and it turns out that we paid full price to only get half the work done the first time. The filter which is supposed to be cleaned yearly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever!! Beyond pissed off that I’ve now had to pay double when it could’ve been done correctly the first time. Ridiculous!

Tavo, the supervisor, ensured everything went according to plan, and his crew—Nery, Isahi, and German—were hardworking and efficient. They completed the job with great attention to detail, leaving the site clean and well-maintained. I'm extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Accurate Septic for any septic or sewer needs!

I had a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink that was getting worse every day. The plumber arrived quickly, inspected the issue carefully, and explained exactly what needed to be replaced. The repair was done efficiently, and everything was tested before he left. Very professional and easy experience overall.

They overcharge and don't fix the problem and told us if they had to come back it would be even more. who does that.

I decided to leave this company due to deceptive practices and the mistreatment of female customers. My experience with their membership program was unsatisfactory, as it did not provide the promised assistance and resulted in overcharging. Specifically, I was informed that my toilet required repair and the initial quote seemed exorbitant. However, after declining the service and seeking an alternative solution, my boyfriend was able to fix the issue for less than $50. The tipping point was when the company attempted to charge me over $2000 with no clear explanation for the pricing, and the office manager was unhelpful and impolite when questioned about it. Ultimately, we engaged another company that promptly fixed the problem on the same day at a significantly lower cost, demonstrating a lack of honesty and reliability on the part of the original company. Be cautious when dealing with them.
