Called about my septic at 4:30 did not get a call back until 5:15 then I was told that the driver that was on call lived in lake placid I told the lady I have 5 people living in the house and could not use the bathroom she told me she would call me back a hour and ten minutes went by and I called her back and she told the driver could do it tomorrow I thought it was a 24 hour service customer service is trying to get some body close to do the job should not matter who is on call so the customer service sucked it like she did not want to help the word of mouth goes a long way I don't think I will use this company again the service I got 3 years ago when I use this company was better then I got tonight

They are terrible got two estimates the estimates we free they try to charge me 150 for a estimate I can't believe they have 4.1 stars watch out they are a rip off

My experience with them didn't even get passed the initial call. They took my information and when scheduling the service appointment, they told me they don't have any service windows. They normally just put you in the schedule date you're looking for but you'll have to wait all day until they decide to arrive due to other service appointments. That's unheard of to me.

They did not properly seal my tank after the pump out had to go to the hardware store and buy my own bag of mortar to seal my tank with and cover the hole back up myself that was very unprofessional pump truck driver was very nice and courteous.
