I just moved to the Tampa Bay area. I was looking for a reputable Cleaning company. I found Speed Cleaning online, I was impressed with all the positive reviews. I took a chance, and called he was very professional. Evan and his crews, did a phenomenal job. I hired them on the spot, to clean my place on a regular basis.

So appreciative of the service I received today from speed cleaning. I am 9 months pregnant about to give birth and Evan was so understandable that I needed prompt service that he squeezed me in the same day. I have a very large home and they cleaned more than I expected. I will definitely hire speed cleaning again.

I have a one bedroom apartment with a bonus room, and Evan and company came in and did such a MAGNIFICENT job of deep cleaning the whole place. I recently moved to the Tampa Bay area, I was looking for a reputable and reliable cleaning company. I found Speed Cleaning Services, Evan was very professional, he answered all of our questions. The staff was excellent, they did a wonderful job. I definitely will keep them, and I strongly recommend Speed Cleaning Services.

I hate writing a bad review I was so hopeful about this company after reading all the good reviews and planned on keeping them on a continual basis. They came for the first deep cleaning and they were a little late which I overlooked. When they were finished I took a look around and it was obvious they didn’t pull any furniture out and even on the open areas where there was no furniture covering anything there were still crumbs and things left on the floor. I showed them and they didn’t seem as if it was a big deal and then I showed them areas on the glass tables that obviously were not cleaned well. In the kitchen around the baseboards it was obviously they hadn’t swept or cleaned well. After they left I went upstairs and on the shower doors they missed a whole long spot and there were areas on the floors that it was obvious were not cleaned. When I went to pay them I thought they may offer to come back and make it right or deduct some off what I was paying them. But they did not seem concerned about it at all or the fact that I was very upset about it. So I paid them and all I can say is that I would rather have somebody be thorough then just speed through to try to get out of the house. I have used other cleaning companies in the past that were much better but because they said they could come during a certain time and I read all the great reviews I went with this company. If there had been just a couple spots missed I totally understand that but it was obvious that they just tried to gloss over things. It was definitely not a deep cleaning and not even a thorough regular cleaning. Extremely disappointed and I would not recommend them to anyone unless you possibly just want a tidy up.

Best cleaning service I have ever had. I needed a complete clean up of a rental property that my tenants left disgusting. They were able to come out 2 hours after I called them and restored the house to its original state for a very reasonable price. Very fast and thorough. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

Had Jessica P out to do some cleaning. She did a fantastic job, was professional, and was done retivlely quickly. Very happy with the level of service, and reliability.

Whenever we get down to florida, we call speed cleaning and Evan responds immediately. we have them come in every 2 weeks and they do an exceptional job with cleaning the house. Very professional , very capable, very reliable. Any minor little thing i need done, they are willing to do. great service, anyone would be happy to have them. I would recommend them to anyone who needed light cleaning to deep cleaning, they do it all.

I have hired many cleaning services in my life time and I will tell you Evan and crew are outstanding. Anything I ask them to do is done and done well. I am very persnickety about my home and the way each room is detailed as well as cleanliness, they have not failed to perform. Before, we hired them I had about four quotes and they were the best value. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I highly recommend them.
One last thing, I have always noticed that after I retained a cleaning service for a while they tend to get sloppy and don't maintain the high standards my husband and I are looking for. This has not happened with Evan and his staff. I am very glad we found them.

Jessica Petrillo was fantastic. Polite & efficient. I work nights & left a list of things I am too tired to do after 12hr+ shift. She completed everything and a couple extra chores in record time & sparkled. Even made time to feed my cats. Jessica is incredible. I'll have to recommend her for some of my other friends.

I waited last minute for my move out. I called multiple cleaning companies, none of them were able to accommodated. I reach out to Evan at Speed Cleaning, he was very attentive to what I wanted to get done for my move out. I was able to schedule service the next day. There was a lot of attention to detail and prior to coming to cleaning my home he came out to make a list and walk-through of what my wishes were and what my concerns were. They definitely tailored the cleaning to what my needs were and did a phenomenal job.
