I hired William to trim some bushes that were overgrown. He responded quick and was able to complete the job the very next day. I would highly recommend for lawn care/landscaping needs.

I went with this company to support a local small business. I paid double for a job that would of cost me half to do on my own to support a local business. I ordered white Marble Rock. WE just had a decent amount of rain and i see my rock now and it is not what i ordered. Going to post the picture of the rock we ordered and what we got.

Contacted the company and they said there is nothing they can do. Be careful with a company that does not stand behind their work. I was very clear i want white Marble rock like i have in the front of my house. Try to do something good to support a smaller business and now i am dealing with this.

I received 3 quotes. Ultimate was the cheapest. Customer service was excellent. William showed up on time. Finished within an hour. Recommended some other things that could be done at a later time. I will definitely use Ultimate again. William was professional and courtest. He advised what he was doing to clean up the backyard.
Other treatments to prevent weeds. When opening the doors we announced his entry/departing each time. I respect that as I was upstairs working and this caused me not to alarmed. 100% customer service!

Broke my fence trying to squeeze a rider mower through a narrow pathway. The wider fence entrance was on the right side of the house. Instead of checking if the machine could fit through the other larger entrance to the backyard, they just forcibly rammed it through the more narrow one and caused great damage to my fence. Then they didn’t even communicate that they broke it, they just left the broken pieces on the ground, which feels wildly disrespectful and grossly negligent so I had to find out by surprise the next day when I took the trash out.

They also destroyed my patio lights with their bulky mower even though the lights were located on a mulch patch and attempted to conceal it like I wouldn’t notice.

The least I deserved was a face to face apology and a notice of the damage. Absolutely devastating and now having to sort damage compensation out with LawnStarter.

Even if LawnStarter repairs it, it will still look like a patch job and I’m absolutely pissed. I just moved in here 2 months ago and I already have property damage to deal with. This could have been avoided with common sense.

These people are crooks. My oven door came off and the hinges were stuck in the locked position. Tech came out, did nothing, because he said my hinges were broken, and he would order new ones. Left with $135 of my money. An hour later I got the hinges pushed back in and fixed my oven door. Hinges were not broken, the kid just didn't know how to fix it. I am a woman and a horse trainer and I fixed it. I did call the owner to explain and got nowhere. He even tried to make us pay for the hinges he ordered. Hinges I never needed. ( $125 for just the hinges mind you ). I was treated very unfairly. The tech lied. The owner backed him. And I lost $135 for nothing. I would never do business like that. All the 5 star reviews are most likely friends and family. Didn't even give us an invoice, which, why would they when they did nothing, and no receipt for my payment. I've never seen such dishonorable people. Beware!

My dishwasher was leaking the day before family in town for the holiday weekend. Came out same day, and had us up and running! Language barrier was difficult but we made it work!

Booked an appointment with this place. But when the time came around for the appointment, the tech did not show up. Their ETA was 11:30. Called in at 12 to see where they were and the person that took the phone call said they would be there in about 15 minutes. 45 minutes late with no update is insane. And on top of that, the person on the other end of the phone call was being very rude as well. We ended up cancelling our appointment because of this.

They can answer messages and phone calls regarding the repair that did not fix the problem of an interior water leak. Water reaccummulating in the bottom of refrigerator. Despite three call and Thumbtack messaging, they refused to return my call forcing me to call another appliance repair company. Would not recommend this company.

Was not thrilled with service overall, but technician was friendly and helpful, although he needed a translator to understand me. He worked through the problem and recommended there was a problem in the main control board. I was able to order the board myself to save a lot of money. But I did ask if he actually looked at the boards and he indicated he did not need to. After he left I opened the cover over the boards and found a blown fuse on one of the boards. I decided to replace this fuse and the fridge has been working for the past 2.5 days without a hitch. If it blows again I will change the boards, but order them myself. I will stick with Youtube and DIY more in the future, or call another service vendor.

My Refrigerator gave up. I needed it repaired ASAP and not Monday (shame on you AHS) I searched and found Cali Home Service read the reviews and Immediately submitted a same day appt.

Technician showed up after a text to confirm if I was home (now I’m excited)
