Requested to have two TVs mounted. The company responded back quickly with an appointment for the next day. Nick Wilson did an excellent job! He even went to the store to purchase additional equipment upon my request with no problem. Very friendly person and respects your home. He took his shoes off upon entering the house. Thank you for such great service!

Do NOT let these people do anything for you my husband called them last week about our refrigerator that was working except the ice maker part the guy came in with crocks on and didn’t understand English he moved the refrigerator and went behind it and didn’t understand something well by the time he was done checking it out the WHOLE refrigerator wasn’t working at ALL he said he had to order the parts and it would be in a day or two later well that didn’t happen almost a week later he keep telling us something different after we paid 250 which was half of what we were being charged total so now we had to buy coolers to store our food on because it was going bad today we requested our money back and he tells us no refund and that the part was coming ups which was a lie because I spoke with him on the phone and he told me he was out looking for the part ok which one is it

Caspi was very quick to respond and came out the next day. We did have to clean up behind the Tech a bit. Looks like he used tape to hook up the electrical on the disposal.

Was easy to schedule an appointment. The technician communicated the day of. He took his time trying to figure out the issue. Glad he was able to diagnostic the problem for a reasonable rate.

You better hope they truly fix the issue the first time because if you call them back out within the 90 day warranty period (it was 1 week in my case), they won’t come. I called multiple times and was not able to get a technician to come back out to address the issue.

I wish all companies operated like Caspi Appliance Repair! Their level of customer service is one of the best I’ve EVER HAD. They communicated very well by providing me updates, allowed me to reschedule service when I had a sick child at home, and gave me plenty of notice before the tech was to arrive. The technician was very professional and did great work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an appliance repaired

My washing machine stop working in the final spin cycle completely called Caspian home service they came out the next day had me back to working within an hr of arrival definitely will be using there services again and the price was reasonable....

One star only because zero stars is not an option. I scheduled a technician to repair the ice machine in my refrigerator. The technician arrived and literally spoke no English, and had to Google how to repair the ice maker. After several hours the technician determined that the motor that dispenses ice could not be repaired or replaced, which doesn't make sense as the refrigerator is a newer model. I now have a refrigerator that makes ice but does not dispense it...

I came home to a puddle of water around my fridge—definitely not what I wanted to deal with. I called Caspi Home Service, and they sent Samir over that same day. He found a clogged defrost drain and cleared it out quickly. No more leaks! The fact that they could come out so fast and get the job done in one visit was a huge relief. I won’t hesitate to call them again if I need any appliance repairs.

Our technician was very nice, clean, and a true professional. He diagnosed my refrigerator's issue quickly and explained everything. He never tried to overcharge or mislead me. This really was a great 1st experience with a company.

I took a careful look at their website and they provide a wide range of services. I'm calling tomorrow to get an estimate on a sink install. I can honestly recommend them.

Very disappointed with the service (or lack there of) from this team. We had just moved to a new home with our refrigerator and it suddenly stopped working. I called on a Sunday late afternoon, and was assigned a tech to arrive in 30 minutes.
First we saw him pass our house twice over a 20 minute period.
The tech did not speak or understand English nor Spanish. We then explained that the refrigerator was recently moved and we had cleaned it out and loaded it today. It was working fine all week, but the light no longer came on and the panel was blank (showed the temp and other control functions). Our assumption was that something happened to it during the move.
The tech literally touched the contents of the refrigerator and said "it's cold" as though this was a reasonable way to determine if it's working properly. So we asked then why is the light not on and the control functions? He didn't understand the question nor could he communicate clearly to us an answer.
My wife and I realized that we pushed the button to keep the refrigerator from beeping while we were cleaning and apparently it got stuck. So I said to the tech I think the button is stuck! He looked at me perplexed, and I had to point to it so he'd understand. He was able to take a pointed edge tool and pop the button out and instantly the light came on the controls were visible.
All of this took less than 4 minutes!
I expected that we'd have to pay the diagnostic charge to come out of $129. But this young man (tech) had the audacity to look at his phone and announced to 4 adults, that we owed $260!
He knows he didn't do anything, and that we discovered own our own, that it was simply the button got stuck (pushed in too far pass the plastic frame). I called the main guy who really didn't understand very well either, but realized there were several smart enough adults present that they were not going to get away with charging such an outrageous amount for doing nothing.
We finally agreed on the $129, but we had to debate about it longer than the tech was even at our house!
I wouldn't use these guys for anything - I thought it was very dishonest of him to expect to be paid for doing nothing and for the company to send an unqualified person that couldn't even communicate with your customer.
It was such a silly fix that we could have done ourselves that wound up becoming a $129 lesson!

My refrigerator wasn't getting cold nor freezing..I called and they was able to come the same day. Upon inspection, I was told I need a compressor. Technician had to order the compressor which would take 2-3days..I called them on a Tuesday, Thursday the part was here and he was able to fix it. I highly recommend this company

Service was attempted and my dryer started to work however it would stop in the middle of a cycle which was not happening prior. The service person put the dryer top on crooked and was asked to come back and fix. He did and ever since then my dryer didn’t work. Had to get a new dryer

They responded quickly and even came and finished the repair on a Sunday. I would suggest they remember to remove trash, broken parts etc before leaving.

My oven stopped working right before the holidays, and I was so stressed. Thankfully, they came to the rescue! The technician was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and had my oven fixed in no time. It’s working perfectly now! I’m so grateful for their quick and professional service. Highly recommend.

Fast appointment for washing machine repair. Diagnosed problem, parts ordered and received call when they got them and came out next day . Repair was fast and efficient.

The technicians did a wonderful job. They were polite, respectable and great at their job. If I need another TV mounted there is no doubt I would use them again. Use this company people.
