I had a very disappointing experience with Total Appliance and Air Conditioning. Our appointment window was scheduled between 8:30 am and 12 pm. At 11:50 am, just ten minutes before the end of the window, they called to say they were running late and needed to reschedule for between 3 pm and 7 pm. Although I was frustrated, I agreed to the later time.
At 5:45 pm, I called to check on the status since no one had arrived. I was told the technician was on the way and was given a 100 percent guarantee that he would be there within the hour. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up and no one called to explain. When I tried calling again later, their voicemail stated that they were closed.
This lack of communication and failure to honor scheduled commitments was extremely unprofessional. I understand that delays happen, but not showing up at all and not informing the customer is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Otis and Teriyk ( spelling is probably wrong)were very professional, efficient, friendly, did an excellent job working together, and did a top notch job cleaning my carpet. Very pleased with these and I hope next time I call to get my carpet cleaned…They show up at my door!

Our AC broke, and the technicians were supposed to come on Monday. We stayed home all day, only to find out at the end of the day that the part they had ordered for our AC never arrived.
So how exactly do you build your schedule if you don’t even have the parts?

We were then rescheduled for Tuesday, but no one showed up. And the official response from the company was: “We don’t know why no one came to you.”
Bravo. Very professional.

On Wednesday, a technician finally came — but brought only one part instead of the two required. He said he would go to another client and then come back to us with both parts. He never returned and never called, even though we left him our phone number.

It is now Thursday, and I am still waiting.

If you fail to complete a job from the beginning of the week, the bare minimum is to put the client first on the list the next working day, not force them to sit at home four days in a row from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM waiting for nothing.

This is absolutely unacceptable and outrageous.

My entire experience was great! The tech was timely and made an initial temporary fix until he could do the full repair. This was so appreciated. In addition, each time I spoke with customer service - Virlene, Tiffany and Jennifer were fantastic! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and altogether terrific described them. I’m so pleased.

We had a technician come out to see why the dishwasher was leaking. According to him we needed a contractor because it was installed incorrectly although it’s been installed for about a decade and hasn’t had any prior issues. So we had maintenance come take a look and he found the filter for the dishwasher was clogged. Something the technician never saw or found because he didn’t look. So what did he do? I’ve been trying to contact a supervisor or management and no one responds. This is a lack of accountability and responsibility. Do yourself a favor and find someone more reliable.
