Simply the best. Milton and his team took care of business as usual. Professional and extremely efficient. -
They closely follow you until they get your money. Make sure not to pay the total amount until you complete the city inspection, otherwise you will have to chase their consultant on your own, even with that they might ignore your calls/texts.
To be honest, my experience with Total hasn’t been the greatest one. The consultant initially was very quick to respond, was easily reachable. Then we signed the contract, I paid half of it, they pulled the city permit and we scheduled replacement of my HVAC and water heater. The work was not completed on time and we had to deal with management complaints, which wasn’t really a nice experience. Not only they couldn’t complete the work but also forgot the pan under the water heater. Next day HVAC was completed and following couple weeks the pan was placed. Then, they called me for city inspection for HVAC, we scheduled a date, however they did not deliver the required paperwork on time, hence the inspectors left without completing the inspection, which resulted a need for scheduling another one. The communication might have been managed better to avoid this. So, overall every important step required double work. Lastly, I have been trying to reach my consultant now for two days to get his advise/guidance/help on obtaining the city inspection for the replaced water heater as well. He is reading my messages however ignoring them. In summary, work hasn’t been completed yet almost a month as of today.
If you are looking for a company to replace your HVAC and water heater I would recommend thinking twice before hiring Total for your project. Or be mindful and don’t pay them the full amount before the work is completed with city approvals and everything. -
Quite professional for both AC and fridge repairing technicians. I’m using Pride in my other condo. Comparing with it, Total is more professional. I give four stars above only because the visiting window of afternoon 1-6 is too long. It would be better if it is a three hours window.

The Repeat service call to replace the thermostat and timer were done in a very professional manner.
I will keep an eye on the temperature in both the freezer and refrigerator and if there is any problem, I will call for another service call to fix it again. -
Ac technician came right on time. He was polite and professional. He was able to solve my ac problem immediately. The only problem is this is on going and no real solution to problem with ac in condominium. They develop slime and clog up every few months.
-
Orlando is the best plumber. Knowledgeable and professional. He was able to solve a long standing (water) problem and also nailed the solution for a dishwasher mechanical issue - that not even the dishwasher specialist have detected.
-
I have a Total contract since 2007, never had any problems, service is provided as soon as possible
-
The technicians were neat, clean and efficient. We're able to diagnose the problem and repair it to our satisfaction. Great service.
-
Excellent customer service and support.
The technician who came clearly knew what he was doing, explained everything in detail, and left the equipment working like new. -
Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Negligent Company
I regret to say that my experience with this company has been completely unacceptable. From the beginning, they’ve shown a serious lack of professionalism. Repairs take months to be completed—if they’re ever done at all—regardless of how urgent or necessary they are. I’ve submitted multiple maintenance requests for serious issues, and never received a timely or proper response.
The office staff is consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of providing solutions, they hide behind vague references to “Florida laws” as excuses for their inaction. Let me remind them that under Florida Statutes Chapter 83, landlords are legally required to maintain the property in a habitable condition—something this company clearly fails to do.
The lack of communication, long delays, and overall disrespect toward tenants make this one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Renters deserve to be treated with respect and to live in safe, well-maintained housing. -
The operator was so helpful to walk thru the information and to offer solutions .
She had a tech here within the half hour.
He used the key to unclog the garbage disposal.
Which was the reason the water was leaking/ puddling on the floor.
From the Dishwasher.
He was quick ,professional in fixing the problem.
Very satisfied with Total Appliance. -
Excellent service. Nice, polite, respectful technician. Only issue is that we weee given a window of 8:30 to 12:00, he could only come nearer to 1:00 pm.

Repair team arrived on time. They were professional and went right to work. Quickly resolved my leaky pipe and water flow situation. Great team!
-
Jason in service came out twice yesterday to assist us with the AC unit and we are happy to relay that he was very professional, calm, patient, well-groomed, respectful, and highly knowledgeable about the unit!
We are very grateful to now have a functioning AC system and it appears that it DOES indeed pay to get the service plan!!
The customer service team via phone were also very helpful, respectful and kind!
Lastly, I can also happily report that the hold times on the phone for customer service are now MUCH BETTER than last year when the hold times were up to 2 or 3 hours! Thank you for improving this!
I can highly recommend this company to everyone in the area!! -
When I notified Total Appliance about my water heater tank, they has someone stop by to check it out. Once he realized that it needed to be replaced, I had an appointment immediately. The person replaced my water heater tank quickly and made sure all was good by me. He was also very tidy. Thanks Total for making it stress-free.

Lack of flexibility on appointments, when technicians come they are great and order the parts you need, but the company never gets back to you, so you could be waiting for months forgotten by them. When you call to get an update on these, they don’t know anything and tell you to call again in a couple of days, which keeps on going. If I weren’t paying for it out of the maintenance fees on my building directly I would definitely have cancel long ago. Do not like them and do not recommend them.

After my previous experiences with TA techs, this service call was slight improvement. The technician arrived timely and was very polite. I had to provide a bucket (which luckily I had) to drain the excess water from the AC. He completed the simple task satisfactorily and without making a mess (compared to prior service technicians who asks for towel and left a mess in the house.
I deducted 2 stars because it took a total of 3+hours over a 2 day period to get an appt. I was on hold for more than 2 hours the evening before and then eventually disconnected so I had to call back the following day and waited 77 mins before getting anyone.
The customer service reps are definitely NOT polite and most unfriendly. I said "good day" twice with emphasis on the 2nd and she just disregard me with a very curt "yes, how can we help". After such a long wait an apology would have been nice and at least acknowledge my greeting. Honestly this is the experience I've ALWAYS had with the tele CSR. I can't recall a pleasant conversation over the 10+ years I'm dealing with them.
The technicians are general professional or polite (not all) but the office staff needs training.
Update 8/29/25
The CSR was more polite than previously and the response time was much better. Didn't have to wait very long on the phone to get help
The technician was on time and brought all the materials he needed to complete the service. Didn't ask for towel or material to clean up after. That's an improvement. I added a* as for me, this was exceptional improvement
