My A/C stopped working, I called several companies, Must Air USA came to check, gave me a detailed estimate on the work they will do. the next morning the installation crew came on time, they were so professional, installed a brand new A/C, very happy with the quick, kind and great customer service, defiantly recommend Must Air USA to all my friends and family:)

Working with Must Air was an overall pleasant experience. They installed my new AC units and air purifiers in one day and were professional and easy to communicate with throughout the process. The owner of the company was present, patient and answered every question I had during installation. I look forward to working with them and having my units serviced with the maintenance program they offer.

Found Must Air USA on Daikin website. We needed to upgrade our Air conditioner. It happened that Roi, the owner answered the phone. The initial consultation appointment was made right away, and it was informative and detailed. The proposal was timely, affordable. The communication with the Maya and Kenya was professional, clear and follow up was proper. They accommodated and coordinated with all our needs. When Terence and Alex arrived for installation they were on time, professional, very clean. The following up with Maya and Roi after the installation to make sure things are going well was reassuring. Roi came to adjust the new thermostat- took time to teach us all about the new system. We’re looking forward to the next projects with Must Air USA.

Must Air USA recently replaced my entire AC Duct system. They designed the duct system properly using R8 duct board to build a main trunk going down the length of my house, with R8 flex ducts going to new cans in the ceiling. Must Air is the only company of the six I had quote the job who was willing to do it this way. Everyone else insisted on using 100% flex with triangles due to the shallow attic space I have. Miguel and his crew did a great job. My house now smells better, AC runs much more efficiently, and I do not have to worry about the ducts sweating any more. The city inspector mentioned how he was impressed with their work while doing the final inspection. Thank you!

Wonderful, professional, timely, caring, always available. Great prices and awesome quality service, literally available on the phone or email every time, first time around. Never had to call twice for the same service, wonderful follow-up, they actually remind you of your appointments for installation, city permits, etc. Outstanding. This time I had an issue with a coil, same outstanding service including coming home for free and providing gas for free while awaiting for the part to arrive to their office, no push back, no issues. Kenya as always supportive and caring and always on top of things, more of a friend than a customer service, she has gone above and beyond for me every time (thank you to Maya too).Thank team for your continuous support, you have certainly taken my customer service experience to a whole new positive level!!!

I had Cooling America stringing me along doing patch work on my unit paying close to a thousand dollars for a unit to that just blow air. I heard about Must Air and it took several months for them to be in my area but Jason constantly assured me that they would fit me in as soon as possible. They were WELL worth the wait. I finally received a proper diagnosis and repair and update to my thermostat. The pricing was confusing and not inexpensive but I finally have cool air after waiting a normal time for a part. Must Air lived up to their promise and did not string me along. I highly recommend them if you need HVAC in their areas. 10/10

I hired Must Air USA to repair my air conditioning unit, but their service fell a little short of my usual high expectations from them. I've used them for many years without issue. The initial service took a few days to diagnose a refrigerant leak in my AC which required a couple visits to perform a test. After diagnosing the issue, they determined that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. The coil was ordered and installed the day after it arrived, bringing the total timeline to 12 days without air conditioning.

During the process of waiting for results and replacement of the parts, I received calls asking me to pay invoices before the job was even completed.

Must Air USA eventually completed the job and restored AC function. The company agreed to issue a discount as a fair gesture to make up for the extra time spent.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Must Air. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their team was incredibly professional and attentive. The technician arrived on time and was not only knowledgeable but also courteous. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit and explained the solution in a clear and understandable way. Started the work in MAY, did not inform us prior that they use subcontractors who had some misunderstandings about the work to be done. FAILED INSPECTIONS WITH THE CITY THREE TIMES and finally passed today DECEMBER. Make sure you have the check in your hand for when they finally pass inspection because they will bully you when you are in the middle of a meeting to say the worker can’t leave your house without final payment. (I have always paid via zelle, on time and more than the contract asked for in the stages, but still received that treatment) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMPANY.

Edited to respond. If you do not use subcontractors who are the people that showed up in plain clothes to do the work in May? When I asked him about the work he told me it is between me and the office and that he was contracted. The rest of your workers always shows up in uniforms.

Secondly needing to be paid is never an issue. A reminder after months of dealing with you to “please have final payment ready today if we pass inspection or the technician won’t be allowed to leave” would be fine. As a business owner you could have reminded me this morning, so that when the tech came back in two hours I could be ready. Not threaten me to reopen the permit when I repeatedly told you and your staff that I am in a meeting. I have paid over $7,000 with your company so it’s obvious I would pay.

The one star given is not only for payment issue.

First off, Must Air is definitely a highly recommended company through south Fl. When I read the mixed reviews, I was skeptical but they blew my expectations tremendously. Kenya is the very first person I spoke to, and from the first conversation she gave me reassurance, and more information than any other company has given when I was calling around, she is very soft spoken but I can tell she cares about the customers concerns and experience. I spoke to Maya the day of my service and her timing was impeccable. Billing was inexpensive, and quick to collect but that was expected because you get what you pay for. Despite anything, I can tell that the techs are knowledgeable and everyone is so mellow and easy to talk to. 10/10 I am very pleased with this company, and will refer others as well.

Came across this company as a referral from their sister company. I needed a Mini-Split A/C system installed in a small apartment. The representatives on the phone was very helpful and polite, the technician was also punctual, helpful, and communicative. The workmanship was a bit messy but after a quick phone call with the company they sent a new technician out within one hour who handled and took care of my concern.

We wanted to install an Energy recovery ventilation system (ERV) to circulate fresh air from outside into our home to improve our air quality, and there was virtually no company in south Florida that can do this.
