I have purchased over the last 2 years 3 complete a/c units from Eli in 3 separate properties. He is the best. On time, GREAT PRICES, never a problem. I highly recommend them!

Made an appointment for an estimate. Called to confirm on the day of the appointment , he did show up, we talked about the options. When I said if he could email an estimate so I could think about what direction to take he got irritated at me asking why I wouldn't make a decision at that moment. He then called his partner, or somebody, he started talking to that person , walked outside and took off. I never received an estimate btw.
I also noticed all of their reviews were submitted on the same day.this company sounded fishy to me

We decided to go with this company because we felt confident with their diagnosis and did not feel comfortable with the previous company we used. They installed the AC the very next day in a few short hours and cleaned up everything. There was no messed left behind. They even vacumned up any small debris.

After getting 5 estimates this company came through with 5 stars on all categories of service. The estimate was below all the others; the sales representative was comprehensive in assessing what the project entailed and was extremely personable and low pressured; the materials were high end; the technicians were timely, courteous, and thorough; and the administrative personnel followed up immediately after installation and registered the split units to activate the warranty. I would highly recommend them.

I had issues with my A/C and called several companies. I had 3 companies come out and try to do a sales job on me. Luckily i was referred to Weather Saint and Daniel came out and diagnosed my problem fixed it but did say i would need to replace the unit sometime in the future. If that happens I will only stick with this company because they are fair, honest and affordable.

This is the second time using WeatherSaint and I would like to compliment Eli and his team for delivering excellent customer service. His installation crew arrived on time, were clean and neat and professional. Eli's pricing was reasonable and fair with no surprises.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Was told 4 to 5 days for them to come fix an inoperative AC unit that they had installed less than a month before. They never called back or sent anyone to fix it. Ended up calling and paying another company to come repair my brand new unit.

Edit: once again attempted to contact weather saint for 2 weeks to come repair our BRAND NEW AC unit. I’ve made contact with a representative on multiple occasions who acknowledged that Weather Saint has our records under the wrong name and told me they’d contact me. They never contacted me. They still haven’t repaired our unit.

I had our AC unit serviced by another company and then started calling around for estimates for a replacement. Then our AC completely quit on us and inside our house was 90 degrees! I called Weather Saint AC and they scheduled an appointment for that same day and showed up on time! They were professional, knowledgeable and told me they could have a new unit installed by the next day. They held true to their promise and we had a new Carrier AC system installed the next morning! The gentlemen that did the install were extremely professional and extremely friendly! They cleaned up and left everything immaculate!!! I can not say enough positive things about this company and their employees!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Weather Saint AC to anyone needing a new AC unit!

Roi and his team (Jason and Mat) from Must Air USA were professional, on time, and knowledgeable. They are now my official go to for all my A/C needs.

Finally an honest and hardworking company. They explained everything in detail and were very patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to put all kinds of HEPA filters in my AC units, and they told me exactly what I needed and what was a waste of money. My coils were SO dirty and they took their time cleaning them and were not rushed. They came out looking like new!! I never felt pressure or anything and I truly felt that they were looking after my families best interest. The gain a new customer today as i will be calling from now on for all my AC maintenance. THANK YOU !

NO SHOW! NO FOLLOW UP! COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME!
No show on first appointment....waited hours for nothing.
After calling twice they apologized and set new appointment.....they called after I waited hours more to advise they would not be able to come. Asked me to schedule third appointment. After waiting again on the third appointment they called at the time they were expected to arrive only to advise they'd be there many hours later.
Technician finally came and he said they would call with estimate later that day....but nothing!
No call no email.
I called the company three times to find out when the estimate was coming and three times they promised it would be sent by the end of the day. 8 days later ...still NOTHING!
9 DAYS WASTED ON THIS COMPANY'S AGGREGIOUS UNPROFESSIONALISM.
AT THIS POINT AFTER 9 DAYS OF THE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE ANY BUSINESS. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!

I recently purchased an air conditioning maintenance agreement from Must Air. Jonathan Decker, the HVAC Technician, came in for the 1st maintenance visit. Mind you that the property had just been remodeled and the air conditioning unit had received its good share of dust and debris. Jonathan cheked the unit, gave me a complete assessment of its condition, guided me through next steps in the life of the unit, made some recommendations and completed the clean-up. This was all done promptly and very professionally. I could see that Jonathan cared for his customer and was proud to deliver a good Quality work.

MUST AIR is a MUST...!

I called MustAir USA to clean my air handler after having remodel done in my home. The air handler was filthy from all of the dust and debris. The service was excellent. Roi came to my property and cleaned the blower wheel, coil and flushed the condensate line. He explained the entire process. Very fair on price and their office followed up on payment and made sure that I was pleased with the service. I recommend MustAir USA for anyone's A/C needs. Thank you Roi and MustAir!

I was renting a house for some time, when our air conditioning just stoped working. It was an emergency. My family and I were sweating up a storm. We heard about Must Air from some friends, we called them. The one whom answered was so delightful and understanding. Literally the employee showed up in minutes, and knew what had to be done immediately. He called another employee, and they went to work on it right away. It went back to working even better then before. I thanked them so much! They did an amazing job and I asked them to come by more often!
