Yup should of listened to the negative reviews on here. Long story short. Hired them to do duct cleaning and sealing and tune up/service on my ac unit on 03/28/24. Work was done within couple days. 05/18/24 bathroom ceiling collapsed due to clogged ac drain. Which was suppose to be cleaned with the ac service I paid for, for 5 years. Tried to talk to them and was ignored. Submitted bbb compliant and was blown off by the company. Only choice now is to look for a legal remedy through court. Avoid them, they do not take any responsibility for their work.

I had an excellent experience with the sales person. His name is Moshe Edry. Moshe made calls to his company to get me the best price including installation of the unit the same day. He delivered his promise. The AC was installed same day. The technicians were very friendly, respectful and accommodating to do their job. The technicians did not rush to finish the job, they took the time to complete the job properly and securely. Moshe stop by the next day to inspect the performance of the unit and final installation. Finally, I highly recommend this company to do business with them.
Moshe is a very caring business man.

Izik came here with a great attitude. Very customer first and customer friendly. It was delight having him service us. He's also worked on other members of my family homes and they spoke highly of him as well. Highly recommend.

USA AIR was a pleasure to do business with. The office called me back to move the appointment back so i would not go the weekend with no ac. The rep Eyal was very patient answered all my questions and the price very competitive. Installers were super ! Cleaned up completely. And I have had a follow up call to see if all was OK and I was pleased. House is cool and comfortable! Would recommend to anyone needing a new AC

Stephen G. was very punctual and cordial. He explained fully the problem with the AC and realistic expectations and options available and the process. He was very respectful of my home and I truly appreciated that. The installation crew Sunny and Andre were great. They also were very respectful of my home and of my family. It felt as if family was working in installing our AC. They cleaned up very well after themselves and allowed me to really enjoy my new AC. They explained everything that they were doing before and after installation. And how to care for my unit post installation.I truly appreciate their knowledge and willing to teach. Had Juan as a technician today and he did a great job! Very communicative. He and his co-worker fixed all the issues I had and even the minor ones some would have said weren't needed. They did annual maintenance, came early, and got it done in the time they said they would.

Our air conditioning stopped working and we called USA. We had originally purchased our A/C from them and have always found them great to deal with. Shimon came to see what was wrong - the same day we called. We needed our air ducts cleaned plus other servicing. He was patient in explaining the issues and he offered us a fair deal for the work. We had the service tech, Justin, come early the next morning. He and his trainee also were terrific. They protected our belongings and took care to do a great job. We were up and running in less than 24 hours. We highly recommend USA. Ask for Shimon and Justin!

(USA AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE) Mr. Simon did some A/C work at my home and I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the work not to mention that his crew performed a wonderful job at my home. Also not to mention the quickness of his workers. They represent a team of professionals. The air quality became very noticeable within 20 min. They installed an a/c unit, all the air ducts, installed new ducts and vents in the bathrooms. the outcome feels fantastic. My family loves the work also this is great for everyone. we are all pleased.

I recently installed a new AC unit for my home as well as cleaning duct services from USA Air Conditioning services. Simon was extremely professional and helped us throughout the whole installation process. He made sure that the job was done quickly and efficiently. I am so pleased and satisfied with this company and its services and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new AC unit system. 10/10!!

These people do not deserve to do business in the USA.
The review I wrote earlier was not true. They forced me to write a positive review. 15 months after receiving the unit, they came to ck. Because the AC did not turn on, the diagnostic, "a piece was broken", and they had to order and come on 3 days. the warranty is a lie. Never cover for nothing. They charged me $350.00 to fix it. when my husband came, he told me the switch was off, not broken, not all. The company never returns my money and forces me to write a good review to get it back. After 3 months of fighting my bank fought for me and returned my $$$. The customer service only works after you buy. Forget it. They never get back to you. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Good sellers: they can give you the Moon and the stars but once they got you, it's a different story.

I had a brand new Carrier
unit purchased and installed in 2020 (10 years of warranty), about a year ago the UV light was off and I decided to replace it like 2 weeks ago...I got better prices with another company and they did the job, and now this company "can't" check my EXTERNAL Unit because another company changed my UV light in the INTERNAL Unit. They said that I lost the warranty. With USA Air conditioning yes, I lost the labor warranty 2 years ago...but with Carrier unit/parts? We will see about it.
Be careful with this company, please check always all the reviews, good and bad.

After reading some of the reviews, i was skeptical however being in the service industry I realize how brutal some people can be online. Especially people with unrealistic expectations. I knew my system needed more than just a routine cleaning. The explanation from Ben was clear, direct and genuine. His recommended solution was more costly than expected, but I knew it was necessary and that he was giving me a fair assessment. He truly makes the customer feel like he is a longtime friend and genuinely wanted to help. All followed up by an even more pleasant experience by the technicians who did the work. Extremely polite, thorough, detailed and informational. For what was done, there was very little disruption. Time and care was takes to prep valuables, electronics, furniture etc. I barely had to vacuum when they were done. I would recommend them 100 times over- and honestly already have.
Take the negative feedback at face value. I have exceptionally high standards and they were surpassed by this team.

Manager, Roy, and sales manager, Louis, owner or general manager Doron Ziv as well as probably others have been ignoring my and my lawyer's letters, emails, phone messages etc. for over a year trying to collect a mere $525 for my cost to replace my laminate that their installer damaged. They also got away with not following Dade County requirements to mount my AC on a metal support that was written into my contract because Dade County did a virtual inspection and never saw the actual installation. My only recourse now is to take them to small claims, but that will cost me $250 ($175 to file plus the $75 server fee). They'll probably have to also reimburse me the $250, but that's up to the small claims judge, so not guaranteed.

These guys are bad for business. First they replace my AC that was working. Sold me on a variable speed high SEER unit. Installed a much lower priced fixed speed low SEER unit. After multiple weeks and several times back and forth with the sales guy, Nir, and manager, Roy, the refused to replace the unit. My advise is find a more reputable company. Don’t trust this company.

I would recommend that people stay away from this company. I used them for the installation of an A/C unit to replace a failing unit. The company refuses to give me an invoice for the work that was performed, something that the manufacturer has indicated would be necessary for warranty claims. Very difficult to understand why they would refuse to provide the invoice.

An additional failure on their part is that they didn't replace the condensate pump when the unit was installed, despite that being part of the agreement. They did eventually replace the pump, about two weeks after the the installation of the A/C unit.

Yet another reason to stay away from them is that they didn't provide a filter for the new unit - they used the filter from the old unit despite that filter being smaller than what the new unit calls for. Getting a proper filter is not that straightforward as the unit uses a non-standard size, one that I have yet to find in the big box stores.

Numerous calls and emails have been made to them and they have not resolved the invoice and filter issues. They have only sent me a copy of the estimate, something which had already been given to me by the rep that initially came to provide a quote.

Just got my ac replaced with brand new unit. Couldn't be happier! They did the replacement all in one day.

If I could give this company a negative star, I would. This review is a long time coming. I should have shared this back in 2022.

But now, I'll get to my experience. Back in 2022, we were having AC issues. The house would not cool and we didn't know what the issue was, so we called the company who installed the HVAC and Compressor unit only a few years before that. The first person who came out, said we needed more coolant, so we had that done. The house still did not cool, so we called back and they came back out and said we had a leak. So we had dye added to the coolant to see where the leak would be coming from. We brought a black light to see the leak, but could not see any leaking. Since the house still did not cool, we called again.

When we called back, they had two guys come out. One was a loud character and sold us on the issue being that with our cooper tubing in the home had to be replaced. So we were charged a fee of $1200.00. At the same time, we called a friend of ours who happened to be an adjuster and Realtor who sold us our home. He said that cooper tubing would probably not be the problem, which then gave us doubts about what USA Air said. We decided to get a second opinion with a different AC company and thankfully we did.

When a different company's AC repairman came, we gave him the history about the AC unit without telling him about the cooper tubing replacement recommendation. He looked at the compressor and HVAC and found the issue in a matter of minutes. It was that the compressor switch went bad. Now, knowing this, if we had him replace it, it could void our warranty; But we didn't care, we allowed him to change it and like that, the house began to cool and has stayed cool since that time.

We called USA Air back for our $1200.00 the next morning because the cooper tubing work was not needed, but as you could have guessed, we got the run around REALLY BAD!!!! We had to keep making phone calls and got told-off several times by their staff. It was so unpleasent, even with their big boss, who told us to not compare his repair people with others from different companies. After about 1 month of going through their approval process (back and forth), which was atrocious, we finally got our refund.

I would say to anyone, they seem to be friendly at first, but if you become negative about their work or recommendations, watch out, they will make it a very hard for you. I will NEVER deal with this company again. I would recommend the other company, but unfortunately, I can't find their business card. I'll look and add their information to this review because they were totally opposite of USA Air.

Again, don't let them fool you. At first friendly, but they got a nasty bite after they get your money!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This company was hire to come service the AC. The morning they were scheduled to come they didn't show up, when I called to ask where the technician was they said he was "stuck" and wasn't coming. I had called someone to wait for them at the house and after two hour no one showed up but most importantly didn't even call. The girl that answered the phone was unprofessional and unwilling to help. When again they are scheduled to come, the technician tells us he's coming after 48 hrs, which seems wasn't something scheduled because he showed up at noon when he was supposed to come after we got home from work at 4:00, said he couldn't fix the problem and left a note on the door. Apparently some have had a good experience with your company but it seems your staff needs a customer service refresher course. They are not helpful and rude. TRAIN them. If you're not going to be able to fix the problem at least be nice about it.

Excellent service from this AC company! The team was professional, prompt and knowledgeable They quick diagnosed The issue and provided a fair quote. The installation was smooth and the new AC unit is working perfectly. I really recommended for anyone needing reliable, and efficient AC company!
