UPDATE: Ella from USA air is phenomenal and has redeemed this company. She knows how to speak to her customers and seems like she truly cares about the customer. She was attentive to me and very understanding and made sure she calmed by concerns. She at least provided some info advising orders were taking an estimated 7-14 days where as Kevin was like I don’t know I don’t have answers couldn’t tell me anything. Ella you are truly a blessing to this company. Thank you !!!!

Previous review-Not happy at all. Bought my unit 1 year ago and have had several issues with it not working. First time my capacitor was bad and it took 2 days for them to come and fix it. A month later the evap motor blower goes out and again it took two days for them to come out only to tell me they have to order a part. The tech writes on my paper someone will be out the next day to fix it and wrote the time 12-5 on my paper. It’s 4pm so I call to get an eta and rep tells me he doesn’t know why I was told that and that I have to wait for the part to be ordered and tells me the manufacturer is not responding and some places are closed and they can’t make the part. No estimate if it’s gonna be 2 weeks a month a year. And they can’t do anything and they don’t seem concerned. Basically say their hands are tied and nothing they can do. Just take my $5000 then, this is not ok.

I have called this company twice, both times I needed services on a Saturday and they have been on time, done an excellent job and it was a pleasure to do business with them, specially Shimon who came the first time and who set up the team that came the second time. He even returned after the work was completed and changed the old thermostat without charge. They are very knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant. I will certainly call them again when I need my A/C changed.

Professional, friendly hard working techs. Highly recommend this company. Shimon was great to work with. He explained everything and different options for our ac replacement. System in and everything works great. Roy the manager gave us the best price up front no games.

Shimon the energy consultant was very professional and worked out a great deal for us. He was very polite and honest. We give him 110% in customer service. Mike and Justin did the installation they did a awesome job. They worked very hard. Ishmael and Jaan cleaned the ducts. They are the best I am very satisfied with what they did. They cleaned up, and treated our home like it was there's. Overall they are the best the whole team. I recommend you hire this company. I sure will refer friends and family. You won't be disappointed I guarantee it.

Im happy I’ve chosen USA AC. Kevin was my sales person and he was very professional and honest about his pricing. I like Goodman and he explain the difference between the Goodman and other brand names. Kevin was also quick to set up an installation date which was very convenient for me. His installers came and did a excellent job. It took some time but Rick and Tracy did the installation well. I have one more AC unit to be replaced and once I have the funds I will use them again. Thank you

Justin and Wilbert did a amazing job at my home in Lake Worth.
They we here last Friday from 11am to 11pm, non stop. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I will give them 10 out of 10 in the scale. Thanks! We have our ac ducts clean,'they change the plenum, clean the all inside of unit, coil and fan,
install UV light, Grat Job!!!!

I've used this company for the last few years & sad to say I'm taking my business elsewhere. I had an issue with my unit/condensation pump this past week and the technician they sent out looked like he had just graduated from HVAC school. He did the bare minimum to say the least & was too busy flirting with me than actually doing his job. The icing on the cake was the inappropriate comment he made in reference to how hot it was in my house, saying you could "walk around naked". Feeling uncomfortable in my own home is where I draw the line not to mention my unit still didn't work the next day, so I had to have someone else come out AGAIN! Having to sleep in the heat while we're in a heat wave is no fun & had this kid done his job properly, professionally I wouldn't be taking my business to someone more competent & professional.

Izik guided and helped us from start to finish with our AC installation. He is the utmost professional and is definitely an asset to his company. I wish there were more people like him. He has been a complete pleasure to work with.

I was so pleased with my appointment today. Shane was honest and sincere when answering all of my concerns. He provided me with multiple options and assisted me with all potential payment options. As a new homeowner, I was happy to find someone who wasn’t looking to scam me out of extra money, but in fact seemed genuine with his approach. Shimon was very knowledgeable of his product and able to explain exactly what our residence needed and the process involved. He offered everything at an excellent price compared to other quotes we had received. The crew that came to install the units were professional and cleaned up when done. We had an excellent experience with USA Air and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Tracy had to come several times for work and he was excellent every time. Very polite and friendly. He explained everything to me and fixed the issue quickly. I definitely recommend this company and will request Tracy again.

We had a brand new top of the line unit installed back in 2020. It has never functioned properly. They keep on sending different technicians and nobody resolves the issues.
They look for things to blame. I mean from the curtains, to the walls, to the ducts but do not take responsibility of the fact they jave failed to properly install the unit.
Long story short our AC has stopped functioning completely about 2 weeks ago. One of their techs came and removed a part and now is missing in action. Then other 4 techs came by for nothing because they have dine nothing.
The owner says they have the part, the techs say they don’t know about any part and we have their technician the ring video leaving our house with the stolen old part. So now we can’t even have another person or company do the job because we do not know what is it that meeds replacement!
Total con artist. Disrespectful, rude and unprofessional.

Wished I had checked out the review before I got into business with them. The service calls turned out to be sales call and when I asked for a second opinion from a local AC service company, they told me I do not need to have the coil cleaned nor a pump installed as they advised. I would have spent the money due to my blind trust. If you found yourself needed a service based on their recommendation, spend the extra money and get a second opinion. I sure am glad I did.

I have been an homeowner for 20+ years and have worked with many different Air Conditioning Companies. This is the first company I have ever dealt with that really cared about making sure I was 100% satisfied and continues to do so AFTER the sale. Louis who was my sales rep was incredibly knowledgeable and very fair with his pricing. He came to the house during the installation and followed up after. I had an issue about a month ago and they had a guy at my house within the hour, fixed the problem, no charge. Tuesday night I called him with a minor issue, he had a service rep at my house Wednesday 9AM, flushed the drain pipe with high pressure machine, no charge. This is all 4 months after the sale. They care. Louis gives you his cell phone and tells you to call him personally for any issues. Their service is the best and he delivers what his promises you.

Had major issue with an installation done by another company, called USA Air Conditioning and Spoke with Royi and Kevin, not only did they send out the techs to remove and reinstall unit completely. Since then I haven’t had any more issues with my unit. I highly recommend USA Air Conditioning for any service.

Talk about true professionals. Evyatar is outstanding. He arrived at my home before his scheduled time, took his time thoroughly analyzing my A/C system and explained the issues I was experiencing without me telling him what was wrong (house not cooling, high humidity, dirty ducts, etc.). He was very reasonable with pricing and is a pleasure to work with. Responsiveness and professionalism are important to me and these guys do both. Will definitely use them again as we continue doing work on our home. They proved why they have so many positive reviews. Highly recommend!

BEWARE, this company is similarly priced to its competitors but provides 6 years of "Free" maintenance to give them the edge/sale. This would be great if it was an honest maintenance agreement. Unfortunately, they used this as a way to get back in to my home to try and upsell me on things that are not necessary and can potentially damage my unit. After the I rejected their proposal the tech got angry and left without doing any maintenance.

Here's their scam...They advised my AC unit coils were blocked and needed to be cut out, acid washed, and soldered back in to improve performance. They quoted a few hundred dollars and advised the unit is likely to only be good for a couple more years after the coils are cut and advised it would be better to invest towards a new unit instead. So I did, then one year later they come for maintenance and propose they cut out the "dirty" coils (of my brand new unit) to clean them. I didn't let them, got a second opinion, and the coils were fine. Seems like they wanted to destroy my new unit and sell me a new one in 6 years, while charging me each year along the way.

Also, be careful with their duct cleaning pitch, most homes have fiberglass ducts (not metal) and a brush scraping the walls of those ducts will not only remove the dust, but also some what little fiberglass the ducts are made of...very expensive repairs to follow.

I knew it was time for my Dino-A/C to go after 24 year of hard work in the Florida sun. I began preparing a list of companies I would call for A/C replacement. Had one appointment with vendor; they came to the house and after 1 hr gave me an estimate that made me say....”better start calling companies for quote”. Had 3 call me back with different estimates after I forwarded the previous estimate details of unit needed. USA Air was the last to call. Roy was his name...and he wanted to make a deal and he wanted my business....and he made it happen. Best estimate, best deal, better than what I previously was quoted by other companies.
That was Friday... on Monday morning Abraham and James came to replace the A/C on time. Great team. I watched Abraham work the whole time; talking to him. He could’ve done this job with his eyes closed. So knowledgeable and quick with the job that I was impressed with his technique and skills...that’s experience for you!!! James worked with the outside unit had that hooked up in a flash, installed my nest thermostat...and I had 57 degree air coming from my vents. ******PING-PAM-POM***** The process was swift, quick, and the PERFECT PRICE!!! Wish come true. Thanks USA Air Conditioning Service for the great job. So happy for my new unit. Florida Summer...we are ready for you!!!

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PURCHASE AN AC FROM THIS COMPANY!! Buyer beware!!! Our unit is under a year old and has given us problems ever since and they have yet to fix the problem. We were given a faulty unit and they refuse to replace it. They keep ordering parts to “fix” it and nothing works. They guaranteed this last part would take 4-6 weeks to receive and we are on week 9! The tech disconnected our AC and said not to use the AC until the part comes in. We have been in Florida 90 degree heat for 9 weeks with no phone calls nothing. The supervisor Kevin must take like 6 lunch breaks a day because the secretaries always have an excuse as to why he cannot come to the phone. It is terrible that they were paid in full and treat customers this way. The secretary told us we should try calling American Standard and complain. She was SO rude. Please stay away I regret my decision on going with this company everyday.

I just have to say that I am impressed. Originally I had called for a repair. The technician came out to my house that same day.After a thorough inspection turns out I needed a new unit which truthfully I figured I did anyway. He explained to me all my options and what I would need if I had to finance. Since I called on a Friday they were here that Monday removing and installing my new air conditioner just that fast. The installers were thorough and courteous and my house looked as though they were never here. I am so pleased with the service I will recommend them to anyone in my complex who needs repair or a new system.
