Couldn’t be happier! Trustworthy company, clean, professionals, and time sufficient. They came when they told me they would come, got the job done when they said they would and price was very reasonable.
I called and the girl over the phone was very nice, they sent someone out right away and were able to fix my ac. So thankful for them!

I had a great experience with USA AC! Their representative Shay Gutglas came on Friday to check out our current AC which was over 10 years old. He offered to service it but after consulting with him, I decided to replace with a new unit. Shay gave me a great price both for cleaning our existing ducts and installing an entire new HVAC system. He had it all coordinated for the following Monday! Shay came back on Friday to take a video of our existing unit to share with his crew (who you can see in the picture I've shared) and he guided them on everything. He was kind of like the general contractor coordinating the entire effort including a second team that came to clean out our existing ducts. Shay also arrived Monday morning before both crews with a shovel in his hand to take out a bush along with the roots that was blocking our unit so that after the installation, we could replant our bush. Top notch all around, couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals to do the job with much dedication and expertise. By Monday mid day, the new unit was cranking! Thank you USA AC!

From the beginning, the air conditioner has been malfunctioning. I call every two or three months to have it fixed, but it always breaks down again. The air conditioner stops working, they come to repair it, and after two or three months, the same problem occurs again. I called today, Saturday, and they said they can't come until Monday. Elderly people live here.

This company consistently cancels appointments at the last minute. They provide a two-hour service window but end up rescheduling. On one occasion, the scheduler even accused me of lying about receiving a cancellation call. They are never on time and highly unreliable.

My AC unit needed to be replaced and I called a couple of AC companies to receive estimates for replacement. When USAAC sent someone out to evaluate the system I met with a gentleman named Simon who was very friendly, honest and professional.

The crew he mobilized to perform the installation was very knowledgeable and got right down to work with no problems. The installation was completed faster than I expected and it was done right and tight as you can see from the photo of the new unit. I recommend Simon and his crew to anyone.

I didn't think my central air system was working up to par. Some people complained about breathing issues while they were in my house. So let's get my ductwork cleaned. I called around and USA air conditioning would come out the same day. Shimon told me that my ductwork was to old to clean. So he walked me through a spray coating to cover my existing ductwork and be more efficient. I liked the sound of that. He also told me about an In - duct air purifier by Reme - Halo and an UV sanitizing bulb. That sounded like exactly what I was looking for. The installation crew showed up. Ishmael and Juan did a wonderful job. Covered most of the place with plastic to protect my belongings. It definitely took time to perform all that work. They cleaned up like they weren't even here. Thank you again USA Air. I would recommend USA Air Conditioning to take care of all your A/C needs. Plus they perform other services.

Kevin provided excellent customer service. He addressed my issues while being respectful, knowledgeable, empathetic, and kind. Highly recommend. Jose and Juan also provided excellent customer service when they came to finish a small repair and went above and beyond to secure the necessary parts.

About a month ago I hired them for maintenance on my A/C unit. Mike came and did a wonderful job! He also set me up to have the coil cleaning. They took the unit outside and cleaned it! I had a very good experience with them! Mike was the best!
