Yesterday my AC unit just simply died so ,I called up Roy from MUSTAIR (I've used their services before) and scheduled for them to come that evening. Around 7 PM a big white van drove up and two technicians stepped out and went right at it.
I was really impressed of how well-stocked the truck was with all the pipes and parts that were stacked on the sides of the truck neatly and easily reached.
The two technicians solved the problem in the matter of a half hour and the unit was good to go again.
In short , the crew that had arrived we're highly familiar with equipment and most professional

Absolute scammer, came in diagnosed my ac and performed multiple unnecessary piece changes and after 2 weeks the problem came back and they want to charge extra to come and see what the actual problem is. No ethics, no responsibility with the repairs they perform they will just want to have you signed up to them coming every couple weeks changing something else and paying multiple times for fixings that don’t work

This company sat on a permit for EVER.. more than a year. The city was asking for reasonable documentation that Must Air was unable or uninterested to provide. Had to hire someone else to finish the job. It was one of the worse experiences. Will never do business with them. Also, the owner is excessively aggressive to the point of insulting me when I complained about the time it took. Terrible person. Never again.

Super responsive, professional and willing to get the job done effectively. I had been looking around for someone to help me with a getting onto a 2nd story complex roof and was having trouble finding someone willing to come out and handle it on the weekend without wanting to charge an arm and a leg. Roi from MustAIR jumped on it, said he would call me back and within a short while had a tech out to look at it. The tech was professional, knowledgeable and smiled a lot which says something. Finally a company you can trust!!!! The AC at my apt was not cooling. 3 different companies that came to take a look told me that I must change the unit but when Roi arrived to take a look he was able to discover a leak that caused the problem. Guess what, within an hour everything was running smoothly. It's hard to find an honest, reliable, and affordable A/C company in South Florida. Must Air USA really came through for us on all fronts, and they managed to fix the screw ups of the various techs from our previous A/C company that couldn't figure out what our issue was. Unlike those aforementioned techs, you could tell that these folks knew what they were doing, and their diagnosis ended up being on point! A couple of visits later and we were back up and running on all cylinders, just like they said. We were so happy with the communication, pricing, and level of service that we decided to utilize them for all our ongoing repair and maintenance needs, moving forward...and we never looked back! I strongly recommend you give this company a try, especially if you have commerical grade units that require a specific level of knowledge and expertise that not too many so called A/C technicians actually have. Amazing service!! Fast, efficient and most reliable. In this business there are so many people who pretend to know what they are doing and they cause you aggravation and expenses and without solving your problem. Must air are honest and professional. You can be 100% sure that once they fix your A/C, it is fixed!!! I've had so many "fake tech stuff " from other companies who took a lot of money and never solved the problem. I was planning to update my AC for a while, did my research and chose a Daikin model, but kept delaying the purchase itself until better time.
Until when my old AC died on me.
Then, I started calling Daikin dealerships from West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale. Some of them didn’t want to drive all the way to our house, some didn’t want to deal with an AC unit located in an attic, some could come over and make an offer only next week.
My call to Must Air USA was a positive experience from the very beginning. The employee on the phone right away understood that I want a specific model and that it is urgent.
Guys from Must Air USA appeared in our home on the same (!) day, and by the evening (!) I received an estimate via email. The estimate gave me a couple of important options that I wasn't even aware of. Moreover, I received a phone call in order to confirm that I received the email and provide some necessary clarifications - and that was all on a Friday.
On Sunday (!) I have them a call, discussed some details, and made a 50% prepayment. Must Air USA were ready to install the new AC on Tuesday (!), but my wife and I couldn’t be home that day, so the installation was delayed until Wednesday.
It took nearly the entire day, but was done in a very quick, proficient and coordinated manner. By the evening, the new AC started working and the technicians left the house.
After a couple of hours I saw a message on my “smart” thermostat - contact your dealer. I made the call and a technician appeared in our house in an hour (!). The AC required some additional settings, after which it worked perfectly.
After a few more days, Must Air USA contacted me once again to schedule a technician’s visit in order to make sure that everything is functioning properly.
In the end, I was visited by someone who I think is the owner, who conducted technical checks, once again provided exploitation recommendations, made sure that we were entirely satisfied, and only after that asked us to pay the remaining 50%.
We were absolutely happy to be Must Air USA’s client and strongly recommend it as an exceptional service. Doing business with them surpassed all of your expectations.

We have been using Must Air since it opened. They are the best! Roi is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They really care about our needs and are very trustworthy. The Customer Service is excellent and prices are great. Recently we turned on the heater which had not been used for some time and found it was not working. We called Must Air and they were out in a Jiffy. We are grateful we found Must Air and Roi. I can't imagine using anyone else for our A/C and heating needs.

Had an issue that needed a quick resolution. They did not show up to the specified appointment on the first go around. Had to wait another three days for them to show. Technician finally came out and we discussed the project and told me I would get a quote soon. Followed up with the company a few days later and now they say they are "too busy" to do the job. Meanwhile my ceiling has continued to sustain damage during this entire time. Cannot recommend doing business with this company.
