Top roofing company! We hired them for a property we manage in Sunrise, FL, and they did an amazing job. Check out the photos as proof.

So when it came time for me to do the roof on one of my properties I was extremely anxious due to the cost associated with such a large undertaking as well as a lack of confidence in all of the other companies that came to my house to give me an estimate. When Andy from Sealed Tight showed up I felt as if I were talking to a family member. He made me feel at ease and took care of the entire process. The timeline was exactly what was promised and the work absolutely speaks for itself. I would definitely not look any further. This is South Floridas premiere roofing company!

Excellent quality of work and communication from the owner and staff. Best TPO/ Roofing company in all of south Florida by far. There are many contractors in this market but none even come close.

My Exceptional Metal Roofing Experience with Sealed Tight Roofing in Miami
I want to take a moment to share my absolutely exceptional experience with Sealed Tight Roofing for the installation of my new metal roof. As a homeowner in Miami, I know how crucial it is to have a roof that is not only weather-resistant but also installed correctly and efficiently. After researching several roofing contractors in the area, I decided to go with them, and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
From the very first contact, it was clear to me that this metal roofing company is different. Their transparency and professionalism were evident from the start. During the initial consultation, they explained the entire process in detail, answering all my questions about the materials, timeline, and cost. Unlike other companies that just give you a quote and leave, they took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and well-informed.
What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency with which they handled the bureaucracy. In the past, I've had frustrating experiences with building permits in Miami that drag on forever. With Sealed Tight Roofing, that wasn't the case. The permits came through surprisingly fast, which gave me peace of mind and allowed the project to move forward smoothly. Direct communication with one of the owners was a key factor in this process. I didn't have to go through multiple intermediaries; I could ask questions and get updates directly from the person in charge. This accessibility and level of personal commitment truly made me feel valued as a customer.
Once the project began, the installation team demonstrated impeccable organization and cleanliness. Every day, they arrived on time and started work immediately. What struck me was how well they maintained the work area. Despite a roof installation being a massive and messy project, the crew made sure my property was kept as clean as possible. At the end of each day, they would pick up all their tools and debris, leaving the area tidy. This shows a great respect for the client's property and a top-notch work ethic.
The metal roofing project was completed in less than a month, which is astonishing considering the scale of the job. The quality of the craftsmanship is evident in every detail. My new roof not only looks fantastic, but I also know it will provide protection for many years to come. It looks sturdy, well-installed, and ready to withstand the Florida weather, from scorching sun to tropical storms.
In summary, my experience with this roofing company has been outstanding. They proved to be a roofing contractor in Miami that delivers on their promises. The combination of high-quality work, transparent communication, fast service, and a clean, organized team exceeded all my expectations. If you are looking for a roofing expert for your home, especially if you are considering a metal roof, look no further. I highly recommend Sealed Tight Roofing to anyone seeking a top-tier roofing service. They don't just give you a new roof; they give you the peace of mind that the job was done right.
