I forgot to give these guys a review they installes a carrier 3 ton unit they had the best price fast install and its been working for 2yrs perfect no problem.

Make a decision about who will be the company to install a new A/C unit is a tough moment. During the quarantine our ac unit broke and was the worst hot night ever. A friend recommend Precise Air Conditioning and we called them and in less than 24 hours they installed a 5 ton 16 seer Carrier. They were punctual and were carefully with the social distance and wearing all the protection like gloves and face mask. We recommend Precise Air Conditioning, they are certified contractors with license and insurance. After some thorough research for an AC replacement, Tony and his team did a great job installing a new AC for the house. The prices provided were affordable, detailing labor and the unit cost. His team quickly responded to the house needs in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend his company for any future repairs/installations.

Used Quamec for the first time last week for a repair on my 8-year-old Trane unit. They were on time, courteous, thorough, and did a great job. I'll definitely be calling them when next the need arises.

Be very careful with this company!
I paid 28,000.00 usd and get 8 new big Amana Ac units from quamec corp. When they sold this units they said there is warranty for 10 years and lifetime for exterior units. Just after a year I start using their units problems start they ask 360 usd for a part under warranty. I check the part is just 24 usd. If you don’t pay for the amount that they are asking you are with out an ac under the sun of florida. I contact with Amana they said the part is under warranty so I understand that they are trying to charge you for a part under warranty. They made me pay for it and just after 4 weeks an other new ac not worked i called them many times they didn’t answer I send them e mails they say they can not come for the service call another company. They left me on the way. Be very careful before you buy any think from them if you don’t want to be like me!

They are ok , sales person could not match price that my neighbor had cheaper with them few month earlier when she bought the same AC .that I bought . Installation crew was nice and professional but no follow up after work was done to see if the AC was working fine

Stay away. Installed new unit and vents. Sold me Amana on warranty. After 2 years unit was not working. Called them told them I thought it was the capacitor. They said it was $450 and not covered under warranty. Called another company and they changed it for $130. They didn’t even care to come see what it was. Worst customer service. Un profesional.

Not sure how I feel yet. Customer service was GREAT, I had an extremely quick response and appointment. My unit was installed the very next morning. What I don't fully understand is the "offers". I replaced my old unit with an Amana (4ton, paid up front, no financing). I received a $500 rebate (not $1000 as stated on the site). I also DID NOT receive a "free NEST thermostat" (as stated on the site). What was explained to me when I called back was; I can have EITHER the free thermostat OR the rebate !! huh ?? hmmm ! I'll certainly need clarification on that.

I had a very professional and pleasant experience with Quamec and their service technician Yusser Morales. I was without a/c for 5 days with many electricians not being able to correctly install my new Next Thermostat. Yusser was able to fix everything and install my new thermostat in under an hour. On a Saturday Morning no less. I would definitely recommend this company if all of the technicians have the same capabilities as Yusser.

Ask for Javier P. and Adalberto G. I've never left a review for AC repair in Miami before. But I have to for these guys. My condo AC unit went kaput and they spent several hours diligently finding the problem on the same day.

Other AC repair companies have always spent the bare minimum in time in trying to solve the problem and often have had to come back the next day or next week. Not these guys! I can't recommend these two guys enough. Very kind and polite too!

Techs were very professional and very efficient, and arrived at the exact time they said they would, Explained the whole process and repair. The office was also quick to schedule my appointment and follow up with my phone call. Definitely recommend Quamec.
