Great response and service. The technician actually knew what he was doing. He was very thorough and detailed in his work. I'm personally, technically strong in the Commercial HVAC industry and I would highly recommend this company for appliance diagnostics and repairs.

The lady that set my service schedule was very professional and helpful. Bummed that I do not have her name.

Victor C. with this company was wonderful. He came to repair our Samsung washer and was friendly plus also gave us some good maintenance tips. Highly recommended. - EDIT: Four years after my first service I had an issue with the dryer. Customer service was wonderful and scheduled an appointment very quickly. Two guys came out who are fantastic. Again a very good experience with this company. Down to earth, friendly, helpful tips again.

Best appliance repair company ever! Got me in earlier than they originally thought and then the technician even went to pick up the parts and came back on Saturday to fix everything. The other company i was going to use charged me a ridiculous fee for coming out, couldn't fix it and said they couldn't come back for a week and a half. Out with the old and in the new! Thank you Ocean Appliance!! Couldn't be happier!

The technician who came to service our GE dryer was knowledgeable and friendly. My dryer is in a tough spot to be able to get behind it to hook up wires but the tech found a work around and was able to work with GE to do some remote testing. We almost rescheduled but he went above and beyond to try to find a solution. I will source this company again if needed.

84" tall Thermador built-in refrigerator. Not the easiest to throw out. But it is what factory service told me after 3 factory service calls with only recharging the coolant which was obviously leaking. After that we tried another approved provider, they told us it would be cheaper to replace the fridge. Dionis from Ocean came in, actually looked at the piping and put some tracing dye in it. They came back to find the leak and ordered all the parts and fixed it for about half the price of factory, plus that was including new door seals and they credited us for the initial service call. At last, a company that gives you a window on certain days, not 9-5 but 10-2 or 9-11 and they show up every time within that window and call you upfront.

Ocean Appliance Service was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient and on the ball. Everything from scheduling to final installation of the new fans in my wine cooler was a great experience. A few specifics:
- I only had to provide my address and they handled getting the COI without any issues or further assistance from me
- they gave arrival time estimates and showed up on time
- technician took time to explain the defect and recommended how I could save money and avoid a future service call
- they provided an estimate and delivered their services without any surprises.

Highly recommend them if you need appliance repair. My wine cooler was Miele.

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Dionis come out to fix my microwave, and I couldn't be more impressed. He was extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. We have an expensive Samsung slide in glass top range. Our glass top started looking rough and worn. We decided to have the top replaced (Lowes highly recommended) Ocean appliances for the replacement. Top was ordered and arrangements were made. Fast forward a few weeks later to Oct 5, repairman removes the old top and in the process breaks the circuit board. We now have the burners working but the oven and control panel is dead to the world. We spoke to the manager on 4 occasion's as of today they still cannot find a supplier for the new board.... We are truly hoping they will make this right. We are understanding that Accidents happen!!. I will be sure to update this post once we have resolution.

I would just like to say that they replaced the broken part , and we are very pleased with the servive recieved, I would definitly use them again..

Had a great experience with this company. Called for service on my Samsung FlexWash and they sent out the technician Danny B. withing 2 days. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue being a simple overflow issue (no parts needed) He did not play games and try to oversell. He was very professional and courteous. Took the time to explain what caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future. Will definitely use them again in the future!
