I was very pleased that the repair man arrived very quickly on a Sunday at short notice. He quickly diagnosed that the problem was a burnt out outlet rather than the refrigerator and we Jerry rigged the refrigerator to another outlet while awaiting the electrician to fix the outlet. The technician arrived on time. Professional and knowledgeable about the appliance I needed repaired. It was my microwave that was not heating. He located the problem and quickly rectified it. It was just an option mode that was somehow got turned on. I appreciate the honesty, because some companies will make up bigger repairs that don’t need to be done. He only charged me for the service call seeing he wasn’t there long. I highly recommend using this company! I know I will in the future.

Shout out to Arsalan and the Artifix Appliance Repair team! The hose that sends the hot air outside from the dryer when it's in operation somehow got disconnected from the dryer itself, and for months it's been like a sauna upstairs when I was trying to dry my clothes. I finally got fed up enough to do something about it, so I created a project in Yelp, which led me to Artifix. They responded very quickly and had a lot of available times to help me with this issue. Arsalan came at the perfect time, as I had just wrapped up work for the day. God bless him because I have a stackable washer and dryer in a really tiny closet upstairs. After some great effort, he was able to access and reattach the hose to lead the hot air from the dryer directly outside, and he finished the job in no time. I'm grateful to Arsalan and Artifix, and I'm actually looking forward to doing laundry again!
