We called Fix masters repair because the freezer in my refrigerator stopped working and they were very quick to come to repair. Richard attended me, he was very friendly and very professional in his work. The company also gave us a one-year warranty for the work they did, I think it's excellent.

Daniil at FixMasters is not only competent, but patient, friendly and understanding. He had to come three different times to install my cooktop because the models I had ordered did not fit the countertop. My fault, not his. He didn’t charge me for the first two attempts. In the end, the installation was done properly and well. I will call FixMaster for all of my appliance repairs in the future.

Fix Masters Repair was fantastic to work with. They came to my office in Boca, quickly assessed the refrigerator, and immediately identified the issue. The repair was handled promptly, and when we later had a small problem with the fan, they came back and fixed it at no charge. They were very responsive to my calls and texts, professional, and reliable. I would absolutely use them again!
