Scheduled an appointment for cook top hood service. On the day of appointment nobody came or called. I called and the dispatcher said he does not have a record for me and does not remember me calling after just 3-4 days. Awful feeling after wasted half Tuesday waiting and then they simply don't come.

The most terrible service we have ever received from a company. We are a non profit Christian based company that feeds over 500 families in Broward county and the homeless. We rely on our refrigerator to keep all of our supplies so we can serve the families and homeless in need of food to survive. We called this company on Friday morning explaining how important it is to have our fridge working they showed up Monday morning instead . We paid them $1203.70 to come out and the AC tech said all I needed was Freon so I did as he said and told him to go ahead with the job. Turns out the AC broke down later that same day . We called them back on Monday, they said they would come then Tuesday they said they would come then we called on Wednesday and they said they would come but they still never showed up when we finally got in contact with someone on Thursday, I told them we had to call another company to fix the problem that their ac tech caused . So we spent $1,000 with the new company and they robbed us of our $1203.70 by breaking our unit when I told them this they said "oh well " and hung up the phone on us. Once again we don't have money to waste we are a non profit that relys completely on the donations from the public for this company to hurt us in this fashion has set us back for another month we still have south Florida to feed. I recommend never ever to use this scamming company.

Wayne is the Best! He is always professional & prompt. He has fixed all my appliances...washer dryer refrig range!!!

I wish I could give no stars and major scam alert to anyone reading these reviews and considering not call this company. I called Wayne the owner he seemed very knowledgeable over the phone and was available to come out quickly to repair a washer. Wayne the owner stated he needed $230 up front to secure the part and sent me a photo of a written estimate of 460 for the work to be done. Wayne does not have a coi and could not get into the guiding I live in Wayne doesn’t show up call or confirm appointments Wayne does keep your money avoid you and speak rudely and very aggressive !! I will also be filing a complaint with the police department regard scamming people !

Never showed given estimate on a 30 to $50000 job I called He said he would be by later in the day Never called or showed up

Said he was interested in a job i had and he would have a quote in a couple days and he never did call me back.
I then called him and he said he would call me at 5pm that eve and he didnt, now he dont answer his phone. Cant be counted on !!!

Fix Masters came out found the problem with our LG dryer, got the new parts, and installed them all in the same day! They are a very quick appliance repair specialist.

Was too much for the repair and the part but the guy was courteous. Still, I paid a lot for just the visit.
