He came out to house. He assessed the situation. Ordered parts. Came back after a few calls. Replaced the part. I called to let him know the dishwasher was still not drying dishes properly. He came back. Said he would order another part. I had to call him a week later to find out what was the status of the order. Said he will get the part once he had the part he would call to schedule the repair. After not hearing from him for several days. I called him and then texted him. With no response. Then I get a notice from the home warranty company he is no longer going to be the technician. He told them I was at fault for this.

Casey was excellent. He knew his job, checked all possible causes and solved the issue in no time.
If Casey is an example of your overall service then I am sure I will use Reload again!!

I found Reloaded Appliance Services to be very honest and fair. They were able to repair our washer door, and we have not had any concerns with it since then. We have called upon Reloaded Appliance Services with two other appliance concerns, and they were able to provide us with honest options in regard to the repairs.

Our home warranty company referred me to Reloaded Appliances for an oven repair. I sent him photos of the oven. He assessed the situation, but did not come out to the house during his designated time slot. He assured us that he would just have to order the parts and would give us an ETA on July 3rd. We've been waiting on an ETA and it's August 7th. He does not return phone calls, rarely returns text messages, and will not respond to the warranty company or its contractor relations department or provide even a rough timeframe. He has still not seen the oven. If you want timely service or a response, this is the very last place you should ask.

Edit: 8/21. They still have no ETA. I have completed a Better Business Bureau complaint. They haven't responded to that either. This company is beyond unprofessional - they are fraudsters. Avoid at all costs.

This company also goes by another name RBS Mechanical. Do your research. DO NOT use this company. They have over charged my company $10k by placing our credit card into a reoccurring charge system. It’s been over a month and we are still trying to get a refund from them. They are shameless scammers and should be avoided at all costs.
