After waiting all day for an appointment, I realized they never asked me for my address. I called back and she said she thought I really didn’t want an appointment. When I told her I did, she did send one someone out at night. He came and put Freon in for $439. He left and by the next morning everything in my freezer was way worse! My ice cream was like water and everything was thawing! When I called, they told me they could not come out until 12 to 2 . Everything in my freezer will be destroyed! Don’t call them!Don’t call them!

The GE dryer was squeaking, and after extensive research, I called this company. Daniil came out and replaced the worn out drum beating. (I didn't have any wet clothes to show him the squeaking sound it was making when there is clothes in the dryer.) The dryer didn't squeak when there was nothing in it but when I put in wet clothes and towels, the squeaking noise happened again. He came back and this time I showed him what was happening. He took the whole machine apart and did everything possible to find out what was making the noise. He finally figured it out and now the dryer is not squeaking when I have to dry a load of laundry. This is what I call a good technician that does a through job. (I'm a little late but he did the job last week on 9/17/25.)
