I highly recommend this company. I have used other cleaning services in South Florida and none of them compared to The Cleaning Authority. They are reliable and thorough. Yesika and Saelma do a fabulous job and I’m very thankful for them and care they give to my home.

The service is so efficient I am surprised at how good it is, I purposefully waited to leave a review because I have had other cleaning services that come and start lacking off, this has not happened. The only time I had a complaint they came back and fixed it for free!! amazing!

Amanda and Yeisdimary arrive on time, are very pleasant, and do an excellent job with my very messy house. I am happy to see them each time they come!

Booked their service for my Hollywood Branch Office and their work was amazing, the girls came promptly first time in the morning and got the job done with the deep cleaning, follow ups are just fine and the local manager is pretty satisfied with their work, also, the Customer Service exceeded my expectations. The Cleaning Authority is reliable and proficient. I have been using them for a year and am happy with their work. Liliana along with Emilia and Jhoanany were here this week and did an thorough job.

My husband found this company online and chose to use them because of the positive reviews. He wrote in detail we’d like a deep cleaning with focus on windows, (meaning dusting and wiping down blinds) bathrooms and kitchen area (including wiping down cabinets).

The owner Rebecca came to the house and I reiterated this to her. She advised me they would not be able to reach our higher windows because their employees are not allowed to climb on ladders due to workers compensation insurance purposes.

The two young ladies arrived promptly that morning at 9:00am. They brought their own vacuum and cleaning supplies which is great, I also offered my supplies if needed. They began in the upstairs part of the house and seemed to distribute the job evenly. Upon completion of the upstairs, they started with the lower level of house and I went upstairs to view the rooms. Bathrooms, looked clean. Carpeted and wood floors looked clean, they did a great job cleaning out all the dust on the AC closet door.

I was a bit disappointed when I went to check the windows. There was dust on the windowsill plus in between blinds. I asked the woman who came to inspect the work about the windows and initially she told me they don’t clean the windows on the first job, usually that’s done more in detail on the follow up job. Then I show her how much dust I removed just by wiping my finger on the blinds and she said she would have them clean it. The inspector left and I went downstairs to check windows which were still full of dust, I then asked one of the ladies to please clean in between the blinds in a few rooms which were still dirty. She said she would do it.

After they left I found one of my bathroom blinds broken along with a bunch of dust and dirt under my baby’s changing table cushion and some of the downstairs window blinds and cabinets were not cleaned properly. They did a great job cleaning inside the oven though. They went an hour over the initial quote so I had to pay them $75 more.

I feel overall they did an ok job for the amount of time they were here but disappointed they didn’t stick to the specifics we asked for. After a week, I get a call from someone from their company asking how the cleaning was and if we wanted to schedule future cleanings. I expressed to them that they did ok but I was unhappy with those things, the lady said ok and hung up.
Being a manager myself, I was shocked that as a business they would not offer to rectify what was wrong and keep a client. That doesn’t seem like a reputable business to me.

I wanted the service because I never have time to clean and I am not going to again! LOL Prices I found researching for a cleaning company was always less than the competition, plus they are a serious company so there's that too.

Ima is always a family favorite. She is so sweet to my little ones and considerate of their space and nap times etc. Today, Ima and Melisa were a fantastic team!

The girls Andrea & Adriana just left & I must say they do an excellent job. I have only used them this year but have no complaints. They are very pleasant & work very efficiently.

THESE lady's do a wonderful job. They get the corners and the back of your furniture and under your rugs. Then mop them self to the front door . Lol. Very trustworthy and polite too. Not much English. But worth it. I highly recommend them.

I have repeatedly asked the cleaning people to provide a plastic bag every time they empty a wastebasket, but they never do. They can take any bags that they need from the storeroom.
Also, the crew normally shows up between 10:00 and 11:00, but yesterday they came around 1:30. There was no warning or explanation for being late, and I was unable to make a necessary errand.

Great 2nd visit by Maribel and Solange. Two very hard working ladies. Kudos to them. Please keep them as “my girls for cleaning” each time! It’s a must. Thank you !

I was very impress with the level of professionalism from the get go. The cleanings I have had done were truly AMAZING. The ovens are always left as new. As a realtor I have cleaned several different properties always with the same results!!

I was originally quoted for a by weekly service for 145-172 online. They never mentioned on the quoted the initial feed which was over 400 dollars price. After that they intentionally put me on another type of service than the one I originally requested called one time cleaning to continue to charge at a ridiculous rate not near of what was advertised knowing that my original inquiry was a biweekly rate. They are very dishonest and the owner keep telling me that she is the owner and that she sets the prices not the cleaning authority. Very disappointed and I felt I was taking advantage. I don't recommend anyone to the cleaning authority as they are advertising prices with hidden fees.

We have been using Cleaning Authority for over a year and are very pleased with the service. All the housekeepers are super sweet and trustworthy. Maria and Francia do an awesome job cleaning our home and I love coming home after they've serviced it.

Today I had Christina and Janet! LOVE LOVE LOVE. Awesome job cleaning, what peace of mind they gave me. Going out of town this weekend and my house will be clean when I come back! Thank you!!!

The Cleaning Authority's Team do a good job with the cleaning. They are always on time and get the job done within the time allotted.
