Lucy's Professional Cleaning Services cleaned a hall we needed for a function and I must say I was most impressed. The attention to detail was unbelievable. I will definitely use them again!!!

I'm a Airbnb host in the Brickell area and I've been using Lucy's Professional Cleaning Services to clean both of my rentals for the past 9 months and they've really been a pleasure to work with. I've tried several different cleaning companies in the Miami area over the past couple years but Lucy and her crew have been by far the best quality clean, easiest to communicate with and fairly priced service I've been able to come across. Also one of the nicest things has been the peace of mind in knowing how trustworthy they are, on multiple occasions they've turn in jewellery, money, and other misc valuables. I highly recommend!

I’ve been using White Blossom Cleaning for a few months now. I have an AirBnB that is rented out 12+ times a month and each time a guest checks out, Lucia checks in and gets the place perfect before the next guest arrives. She also does a deep clean to my office once A month and her results are just as amazing as the property cleaning. She even brings her own cleaning supplies! Not only does she clean at the property but she does the laundry as well. She’s also very dependable. I’ve had to call her for a last minute cleaning on several occasions and she’s never let me down. I’ve never had a complaint after her services and I don’t think you will either. I highly recommend their services.

When you need help here nobody would help you. Find your needs by yourself.

They need more garden plants. We spent a lot of money here relocating from New York to Florida.

Nursery is completely neglected. Plants are in bad shape and not taken care of. Everything is overpriced, local nurseries beat their prices drastically.

Just left. Went to buy some plants. I asked for assistance twice...no response. Asked two employees who had the same response ; they said I could check the little labels & look for what I want??? Huh??? They have hundreds of plants!!! No help whatsoever. Terrible!!!!

Got to the garden center at 7:45 pm and asked until what time they are open. I was told 8:00 picked up 3 plants got to the Cashier at 7:57 . The head cashier was already there ,and basically kicked me out GO TO THE FRONT. So i did . Like always few people are in line, lucky me ,now this cashier telling me she is closing. go to the other side . SO, I LEFT IT THERE ,AND SO IS THE ONE BHIND ME. Rude people bad management .
But i guess a lot of people know it by now. Unfortunately they are the closest one to me, so i will go to Lowe's .

Went to get my Christmas tree today, and I know I'm a pain when it comes to pick the right tree. Charles at the Christmas tree tent was very helpful and demonstrated a great customer service! Home Depot needs more people like him! Thank you Charles and happy holidays!

This is our new local Home Depot and have been here four times. I read the negative reviews and have not experienced anything like what others have said. We're working on a few home improvement projects for the backyard and have been extremely happy with the service here. Chester in the garden department is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping us. He checked inventory in the back lot, loaded pavers and was a pleasure to work with. Chavone (I may not be spelling her name right) at the service desk helped us with a delivery and finding additional inventory at a nearby store. She was also very helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Our backyard is going to look amazing and we thank Home Depot for the help!!

I got a little PO’d at checkout…. No one at registers, waited a while. A cashier walked up, she and another employee were helping someone get a pallet of something, cashier rang up the first lady in line, then the guy buying the pallet walked up, he was still working out number count with other employee, cashier rang him up before the others in line…. Walking around the store working out number count…is NOT standing in line. When I spoke up, cashier never said a word and continued checking out the line cutter… no apology… nothing.

Poor job by you HD, customer service is no more.

I was reminded why I usually do not go to this flagship store…big attitudes.

Worst costumer service. Too lazy people. Don't like questions about products. I think they hate the job.

Had to find a new landscaper after mine sold his business to someone else. Found this company who seemed legit based on t reviews. He only cut my grass twice but the 2nd time he only cut the front and the back and the side of the house was left uncut. Unfortunately on the hunt for another landscaper. Won't be using them again. Lazy but quick to send an invoice.

Horrible people skills, needs to learn how to communicate. I was not happy with the service. He needs to treat his workers better too.
