The workers that came were thorough, very nice, efficient. The office and scheduling was helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend.

The cleaners are always very pleasant. If you write down and photograph how you want things, they will gladly comply. The only issue I have is that the office is not great at communicating.

I was in a hurry to get my place cleaned after construction, not only were they able to accommodate me in short notice but I got an incredible cleaning. The office staff and the cleaners are nice and detailed. I have now had the service for about 3 months and it’s always a good service, I am very impressed as there are always working really hard to provide quaility and they are super reliable (which for me was always the hardest thing with previous cleaners)

Professional service!! I received a brochure in my mail that detailed exactly what they would be doing. I decided to try it out. I'm already 5 cleanings in and I can testify that it really does work! The bad? Nothing because if I don't like something they fix it. The good? They use eco friendly products or if I want anything specific they use mine as well. The best? They come in clean everything as they said they would and don't take all day long!! Say goodbye to a lady being there for 7 hours. They come they clean they leave and I get to enjoy my clean home in little time! Call them you will be pleased :)!
Oh! And the customer service is amazing! Rebeca goes the extra mile to make her clients happy!

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for over 2 years. I found them from a friend who also uses them. I love their system of breaking your house into sections and doing a deep clean on those areas on a rotating basis. Wonderful results! Cristina and Lilia do an amazing job and it’s nice to see the same faces over and over again.

The ladies were great, they did a great job cleaning rooms throughly. They gave special attention to a room (our teenage granddaughter’s room who was home), that needed much work. They were pleasant, and I am always grateful to have the cleaning crew deliver such a great service.

Great cleaning crew, very thorough and fast!

Time frame I was scheduled was 12-4. They came at 4 and my quote said it would probably take no more than 2 hours to clean everything I spoke about with the lady on the phone. They cleaned the bathrooms pretty well, though they didn’t clean inside any of the drawers/cabinets. The areas I asked for service were mostly EMPTY. there was just sawdust everywhere from the contractors. Tell me how I have to clean all of my shelves, cabinets, and drawers inside and out because they didn’t touch it. It’s a 2/2 small home and they didn’t even touch bedroom 2. They barely did one bedroom, two bathrooms, and kept asking me if I want my oven cleaned, if I wanted my fridge cleaned. They wiped down the counters and swept and mopped the kitchen on the way out. Oven is dirty, fridge I had to clean, freezer I have to clean. I get it was likely a long day and they were probably tired, but I paid $220 for two hours and there’s still so much I have to clean. I feel like I got ripped off. First time hiring a cleaning service and it will probably be my last.
Would give 2/5 but the extra star is for the bathrooms being done pretty dang well
