I am very grateful to have come across ARCO AC service tech. I came home on a sunday night to find water leaking from my bathroom ceiling and water seeping up from my floor. I reached out to this company late sunday night and they responded to me with in 2 min. He scheduled me 1st thing Monday morning. I received text messages when he was enroute and arrival at my home. Once inside he evaluated the situation took pictures and videos so I could see what the issue was ( my ac handler is in my attic ). He was super honest affordable and started the work right away. He cleaned up any mess that my ac caused. Its safe to say I have found my permanent AC technician and will continue to use him in the future.

Alain gave me the best service you could ever expect from an AC technician. He took his time to troubleshoot every aspect of my system to find the real problem and fix it right the first time. The cherry on top, this was on a Saturday evening! Then came back to finish the job on Sunday morning. Can’t recommend him enough!

On Saturday, a technician from elsewhere had told me my AC was hopeless and I needed a whole new unit. On Monday, Alain turned things around for me. He studied, assessed, diagnosed. He called in an excellent electrician, and between the two of them, had the unit fixed and cooling in an hour. He suggested the best settings and made me promise to get a new filter immediately. In addition to being a brilliant technician, he is a truly nice person. I suggest you call ARCO for all things AC related.

Alain is a great AC tech. He came out right away to fix my AC and charged a reasonable amount. When it was time to replace my AC compressor unit, they were able to do the work on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. I will will be a return customer for sure!

I must say this company is one of the best I have ever come in contact with. Living in south Florida we all have problems with our ac. I reached out to multiple businesses but this company by far is the best. The ac tech was at my house within two hours of our first conversation. Not to mention it was already 7:30 pm. My ac needed to be replaced and it was installed the same day! The tech was very friendly and he explained exactly what he was doing step by step. I will be referring this company to anyone that is experiencing any issues with their central ac unit. They went above and beyond to make sure my family was able to sleep comfortably. The best service! It was almost 8 PM when I called for emergency service , Alain was there within 30 minutes , he was very knowledgeable and the A/C was back on in no time . Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend, will never call anyone else.

We contacted Alain right after our AC unit stopped working and he showed up less than a few hours later to fix it. He immediately found the issue, drove himself to pick up the part, and fixed it quickly. All of this was last minute on a Friday afternoon, and he still made time.

I contacted Arco AC on a late Friday afternoon after my wife came home to a hot south Florida house! Alain took my info and dispatched a technician who arrived within an hour. I don’t know the tech’s name but he was very friendly and professional. He addressed the issue and had the fan motor replacement in his service truck. They repaired my outdoor unit and gave it much needed maintenance. I was charged reasonably and fairly, even for an early Friday evening. I was also contacted a week later just to follow up on the functionality of my a/c. Thank you so much Alain (and your tech) for such great service!! In an area like south FL riddled with shady companies who can be unreliable and seem to overcharge, I highly recommend Arco AC service tech for all A/C service and installation needs!!

Alain is extremely professional. He explained everything that he was doing, very transparent and fair pricing. I contacted him after hours at 7:30 PM because the AC was showing 85°, he showed up by promised time at 8:15 pm and had my AC working by 9 PM. My family was able to sleep with a very cool house. Fixed my outdoor unit condenser fan and deep cleaned my interior coils. We’re also nice enough to redo my PVC drain line plumbing making it look neater and easier to access.
