It took 4 days to have a Tech go to the site. When the Tech arrived, they were rude, very unprofessional and did not explain what the issue was.

John the technician is amazing, the service is good but the AI customer service is horrible, trash literally, per example, the replacement part for my washer came broken two times and the only option of the AI is to cancel or reschedule the appointment, artificial, yes, intelligent, not al all, just un useful and time wasting trash

Sears can’t decide repair - without doing any kind of testing (diagnostic) of the refrigerator - he arrived and said - oh the unit is 5 years old, it must be the compressor.

It is not the compressor, but the vent air flow.

Due to no diagnostic done, we owe nothing

Olan arrived on time very courteous AND knowledgable. Addressed the issue. The house was too cold and now we have been comfortable all day. Yesterday I wore a sweater.
The temperature was set at 73 but it was freezing today 73 and its 73.
