Before Morett Services AC came to the rescue, I spent two days in a sauna (my house) calling several AC repair companies. One barely looked at my AC and simply told me I needed a new unit, the other two wanted to charge me just to do an inspection. When I called Miguel from Morrett Services, he was punctual, professional and pleasant. He looked at the thermostat, went outside, looked at the unit and was able to find the problem ( a minor piece that was broken and inexpensive to repair). He was honest, fair and event sticked around to see if the house was starting to cool off. Thank you again, Miguel!

My A/C stopped cooling in the middle of a very hot summer day and I called them and was scheduled between 2 pm and 4 pm and they ended up coming even earlier. =) They walked me through everything that was going on and offered different solutions. They didn't just offer the most expensive fix and be done with it. You know when someone is trying to take advantage. Overall, very professional and friendly. I would definitely keep calling them for yearly maintenance.

We are new owners of a condo in Hallandale Beach. We had an AC issue on a Sunday - I contacted Morett AC Services thru Home Advisors as their ad stated emergency services. Miguel, their HVAC Manager called us immediately, and from our verbal description made appointment to see us 9:00 am the next day. He was on time, knowledgable, professional and fair in his assessment of our problem, and repaired the unit so it could run . With Miguel's recommendation he and his team replaced our aging inefficient AC unit and our equally old hot water heater. He and his team accomplished the job in two days, working diligently. When the job was complete they cleaned up and hauled away all the debri. My husband and I would highly recommend Morett to anyone seeking a great AC company. We will continue to use their services in the future. 5 STARS

We called Morett after experiencing problems with our a.c. They were prompt in their response and evaluation of the issue. There was no high pressure sales pitch but instead an open discusssion of a couple of options for repair. All work was done in an efficient and professional manner.

Called Miguel at 4pm based on the reviews and he was at my house by 6pm that same day. Amazing work, super honest and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a set of complicated issues to get a wall-mounted air conditioning unit installed for a family member. I called five different companies and Morett Services was the only organization that worked with me to overcome these issues and deliver the service needed. They were helpful and cooperative in arranging for the work to be performed, even under difficult circumstances. I was pleased with the quality of work they performed and would most definitely engage their services for any of my future air conditioning needs.

I've been doing business with Morrett a/c( now called rule the air)since i bought my first house in South Florida. Miguel and his team have fixed my A/C and even my heater pump. I guarantee you Miguel won't rip you off and you'll have a good service. Miguel replaced my blower fan yesterday. Definitely, give a try.

Unfortunately, the work that was performed by Miguel did not fix the problem.

Just because the repair did not work, that does not mean the service call fee gets added back when you issue a refund to a customer.

Even though the work that was performed by Miguel did not fix the problem, his partner Yalel refused to refund the full amount, and still kept the service call fee.

I gave him the chance to make it right, but I never hear back from them.

I’ve worked with Yalel for a couple years now, he’s always been honest, trustworthy and reasonable. I’ve always felt like he conducts business with the utmost integrity and I would recommend Rule The Air to any of my family or friends.

He was amazing came over and fixed everything super fast the ac stop making the noise and it was cold again. I spent 30 minutes top with the issue and it was affordable. I totally recommend Miguel.

**Updated review** Turns out the quote was for over $7k for an 18 SEER unit that may or may not have fit in my small closet. While I'm happy he fixed my ac fast, I feel like I would have been ripped off if I had gone with that high of a bid. I ended up paying $3600 for install of a 15.5 SEER Rheem with UV light****

In the middle of my appointment now. Really like the owner Miguel. We spoke for a few minutes waiting for rain to pass. I trust him which is saying a lot for a service company in South Florida! Plus he answered his phone personally on a Friday at 7 pm! You should call Miguel too!

Yale is fair and honest and someone you can trust. He serviced my ac and fixed my unit. My ac is 22 yrs old and runs ice cold. My ac needed a part and since my unit is so old they stopped making the part. He was able to find a universal part and made it run like new. Pricing is very reasonable. I would would recommend him to anyone.

My wife and I hired Morett Services AC to install a new split AC unit in our home in one troublesome room. Miguel came to our house on time, and explained all different options and products available on the market. He was knowledgeable about each product and did not try to push for the most expensive options. We got exactly what we needed! Because he had repaired out central AC, we know his costumer service, so we hire home again for this installation. Yalel did a big AC repair job for us 2 years ago and we were really happy with the service. On time, honest and he was very informative. Recently, we had an emergency on one of our AC units and I made sure to contact Yalel again. As usual, very happy with his job. Highly recommended.

I came home after being out of town for 2 weeks and the house wouldn't cool below 81 even though the thermostat was set to 72. Miguel and his partner quickly determined the cause, gave me options, and fixed the problem. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. My family owns some rental properties and we have used several A/C companies over the years giving me lots of sloppy work, can't get ahold of them when I need them, repeat service calls on the same problem, etc. So I started searching for a new company and found Miguel here on Google Maps with all positive reviews and decided to give him a try. So far so good. He was very professional, kept his appointment, sent me pictures of his work, and he seemed like he cared about his work and having a good name. I like him and will be using him again.

We contacted Miguel and hire him out of two other A/C companies. It was a great decision. He is prompt,organized, clean and knowledgeable. Good pricing and I would recommend him to my family and friends without a doubt.

He arrived quickly, and diagnosed the issue. He explained what the pressure should be and made recommendations about the unit. He let me know the best course of action. A couple days later I had to call him back for an unrelated issue. He took care of it quickly and had me up and running in about an hour. His prices were excellent.

I was very happy with Miguel and everyone else at Rule the Air. I knew my old AC units days were numbered, so when it stopped working Sunday night, I had a feeling I would be replacing it rather than repairing it. Rule the Air had my new AC up and ruling buy Thursday afternoon. Great experience.
