After refuse to ship the item they propose to cancel my order without to inform me that they charge a 5% fee for any canceled order no mater who's fault is it.Please stay away from those crocks.Illegal practices here.

They did not have the simple solution for just a longer size standard hose needed.
but they were interested and kind as far as customer service was concerned.

Cancelled this order on the day it was picked up by FED.EX at AC outlet FL warehouse...never left FL
I was charged full shipping costs to Connecticut and return + 10% restocking fee.
We are out a total of $483.35

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Be aware this people don’t care about costumers, they just wan to steal your money and provide horrible service this business should be shut down . THEY DONT DELIVER ON TIME AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM THEY DONT CARE AND HANG UP ON YOU.

They used to have a good customer service, Not any more.
Ms. Justin and Mr. Jonathan provide a very poor customer service, we request to speak to their supervisor but they refused, They leave us waiting on the phone and then hang up.

Pathethic Illegals!! avoid Miami companies !!! do not fall for the answers these fake people provide when a customer provides them with poor feedback.

AC Outlet was AWESOME!!!!!! Very helpful, great price, fast delivery of my new Ruud 4 ton split AC unit. Highly recommend. Even their delivery guy was super nice. Thank you all for your help!

I have had really no problems with AC outlet been getting equipment from them for the last 7 years. I purchased a 4 ton unit hoop ĥ from another wholesaler that turned out to be a nightmare.

False statements and non-performance.
I received a damaged gas furnace (amongst 3 items ordered), contacted co. and they requested photos of damage, then instructed me to repackage, send photos of the new packaging, and a shipping label would be e-mailed. 3 e mails, two calls and 7 days later and I am being ignored. Lost time, money and an angry tenant.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They do not care about you or your situation. Bought a furnace 5 yrs ago. Needs warranty support. They now no longer sell my product and have shuffled me off to the manufacturer. It's 39 degrees here and they have stopped responding to my notes. SD, thanks for giving zero cares!! Spend the extra cash and buy from someone who'll be there when you need them. This is awful customer service and AC Oulet and their warranty team should be held accountable for the negligence.

Update: I received my warranty part roughly 45 days after starting the "Warranty" process. Thanks.

on may 23rd, 2024.the A C outlet contacted me and I spoke to .... he was so helpful . he made everything good. new compressor is on its way to us. we thank the A C outlet and mostly l.....
a couple of miscomunications was the problem.
i totally recommend a c outlet for all your needs. everything worked out good and thanks to .... we will have air very soon. thanks again a c outlet!!
