Their technician arrived on time and quickly identified the problem—a clogged coil that was affecting the system’s performance. They thoroughly explained the issue and walked me through the steps they would take to fix it.
The coil cleaning was done meticulously, and they ensured all other components were in top shape before leaving. They also attached the work progress pics in their invoice. My AC is now running like new, cooling efficiently, and I’ve already noticed a difference in airflow.
