Abraham is the absolute best in the business. Super honest hard working guy. Extremely knowledgeable. True master of his craft. Wouldn’t bother ever calling anyone else for my AC repair needs.

J&J company has been wonderful with our home. Abraham it is very efficient in his work he gets to your home quickly he assesses the problem, finds a solution and get you back on top with your air conditioning so there's no suffering of loss of air or heat for any long length of time. We have used him on many occasions and his work has been excellent I highly recommend them to anyone having problems with HVAC.

My AC system was old and barely worked. After multiple bids from other companies, J&J gave us the best price. Abraham and his crew were clean, polite and very quick! They showed me where my old system was failing and explained everything. On the day of the job they were on time, and finished before they said they would be. Hopefully I won't need any hvac work any time soon, but I guarantee that when I do, I'll be calling J&J!

Emergency repairs, scheduling, communication and call backs, He is “Johnny on the spot” there the same day or evening if needed. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Andrew fixed my AC which lasted one day. While he was diagnosing I was chatting with him about how hard it had been living in Florida since I moved here. He asked if I had a boyfriend and said that I need to get banged by him more often. I was truly shocked but let it go thinking I would never have to see him again. Unfortunately the AC stopped working again. I waited a couple of days to see if the AC would start working again and it didn’t. I called Andrew to fix it and he said he would check it out the next day.

Then he mistakenly sent me a message that he sent to his assistant saying go see what’s going on and to be careful because I might come out naked. I don’t know why he said that because I was in an apron when he came by.

At this point I felt completely disgusted by these multiple crass comments and just asked for a refund.

I recommend Andrew very highly. He has been my air conditioning service technician since I moved to the area in December 2018. He helped me get the most out of the old, cranky system that was in the house I purchased, and helped me choose a new system when the old system proved no longer reliable. He is a whiz at installation and servicing. He is reliable, efficient, provides excellent value and is always ready to help, putting the needs of his customers above his own.
