AC went out overnight in the heat of July. When I searched for companies on a Friday morning, I was so pleasantly surprised to find this amazing company. Andrew picked up my call immediately and was able to be at my house within the hour as the temperature inside reached 90 degrees. Within 20 minutes he has diagnosed and repaired the issue. He never tried to sell me on anything or push for any extra repairs. Price was extremely fair. I will trust him with any future needs.

For the past 7yrs Ultimate Kooling has been my go to, for all my A/C needs. Mr Andrew is and has always been very reliable, dependable, and affordable. Mr Andrew has a customer in me for life.

What a great experience dealing with this company and their workers! Once I got the quote and approval for financing my complete AC unit was replaced on an emergency basis in less than a day. They left no mess behind and were very professional. Avi cleaned and sanitized all the ducts and vents. Thank you to all of them for doing such a great job!!!

Best AC company we worked with, our condenser stopped working on Friday evening, and regardless of time of the day, they send their emergency team to fix the issue, they have a great pricing and great quality of work. Now they are servicing our office and home keeping the air quality at the good levels, also they suggested us to install the ultraviolet light in our system which kills all of bacteria, and we can feel the difference. Strongly recommend this company, you'll not regret.

My experience with YCH was exceptional. Yaro suggested a multi zone split system for my office. I didn’t realize this would be such a good option, but he explained everything to me and offered a great price for equipment and installation. The result is better than I imagined, the AC units work great, and I expect to save quite a bit on electricity with the new split system.

I might even call him back to upgrade my home soon! I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

called the morning after Memorial Day weekend. They were out right after lunch that day. I was prepared to need a new AC outside unit. Was a quick fix for only the cost of a service call. Very prompt, friendly service.

We have used Capital Air for our home and business was air conditioning service. My business air went out and they were there in 2 days and installing new system. Would highly recommend their service.

Excellent service: I had a leaking problem for quite a while and instead of saying I need to change the whole system they fixed the problem and service the unit for a reasonable price and now the air is working perfectly. The technician (Scott) was cordial and answered all the questions. I highly recommend it.
