Called for an AC replacement estimate and they came the next day.
Following Monday it was installed, craned it up to the roof and finished that day. They gave great service and had a great price.
Highly recommend this company.

What rude and bad customer service STAY AWAY this ac system is so bad since we received there A/C it never works and it’s a super old school system and when you reach out and tell the it doesn’t work James and the owner are rude they want to leave a family whose elderly mother had a recent stroke to suffer in hot air and not come out to fix the A/C terrible people mite be satan themselves stay away wish I can give a -0 review

Great Service, AC. went down on Sunday, called Monday 10:00 am, the Tech arrived at 2:10 pm, they found a freon leak in a rusted line, they fixed the line and recharged the AC.

We've used CApital AC 3 times in 9 years, they've always arrived in a timely manner with courteous technicians. Jeff showed us the issue, then repaired.

5 stars! My AC unit broke on a Friday. Spoke with Chris the owners son that following Monday. The very next day, Tuesday, Nava and Dom arrived at 9am on the dot. They were extremely experienced and worked all day long. The house is freezing now set at 75! I can’t say enough about Capital Air Comditioning. Not only did they get the job done but, they were respectful, honest and I highly recommend! .

Capital Air has been servicing my family & relatives for 25 years including buying units and service calls! Great family owned company that is trustworthy with fast response for service calls and/or troubleshooting over the phone as well as same day service! 2 techs came, 2 days after my original call. My AC was blowing cold but after awhile, it would freeze over. This place was recommended by a Veteran friend. Techs evaluated the AC handler and advised it would need to be moved to have easier access to clean coils. The Unit is 5 years old and summer months are just too hot for it to handle sometimes. The techs said it needed more coolant and if i wanted the coils cleaned, id have to setup another appointment. Within 24hrs the house stopped cooling completely. I had another company come out who told me the Excess refrigerant led to it completely shutting down and to contact the original company. I did and i was met with ZERO help. I texted and called the office number just to be hung up on and then a few hours later i got 10 calls from 2 different random numbers that i didnt answer and it was supposedly the office. So now im out even more money having to hire another company as an emergency visit. After speaking with the owner Shawn, i realized i was speaking with an ego, not a person. He told me, "Oh Well, you signed when you paid, we told you your coils were bent". LMAO they clearly wanted me to purchase a new system. The coils were warped a bit but there was zero interference with air flow. So a new company came out and ACTUALLY fixed my air conditioning instead of trying to make a buck because they were already there. Now im disputing the charges from AC police and im met with even more ego. As a daughter to a Veteran, a man that served as a Marine and fought in Viet Nam, the owner of this company is anything but a decent human. Now im going to go to small claims court because my $388.13 is needed to feed my daughter. I appreciate your service Shawn. I will make sure that i repost my reviews every time you take them down.

There is no need to try and over explain your wrong doing. It seems pretty common in the lower start reviews that you guys will find a way to make money when there is nothing to be done I will continue to repost my review everywhere until I'm refunded cuz I never should have been charged.

I have used A/C police in the past. But Covid happening caused me to use a neighbor for the last few years.
I had major construction done at my place and A/C was cover in compound dust and wasn’t working (my first thought was I needed A/C police to take care of this because I believed it was a big issue and I knew they would really do the best job. . I was always so happy with them. They could have easily told me it need a major coil cleaning, but they came out checked the unit told me all was good and not a bad as I thought. I am definitely signing up for a service contract again, and will recommend them to everyone.
They are amazing, Shawn has a great crew of friendly, honest and genuine employees. Which is so hard to find companies like this. They genuinely care about the customers over making money.

Unprofessional and uncommunicative. Never again using them. It took 6 calls with two different people to get a basic maintenance job scheduled. They ended coming at the wrong time. They never called again to reschedule. I'm shocked how they are still in business. Save your time and money and find another company.

The AC Police always deliver excellent service. Having the A/C act up is no time for delays and I can count on them to respond, explain what they will do and the cost.

Jordan came out to service an unexpected leak with one of our units. He was very prompt and thorough. He did a fantastic Job!! Very nice gentleman. He took his time and explained everything to me, I greatly appreciated it.

For a $100 maintenance visit I got basically nothing. Few checks here and there but in the end nothing that was of value checking. The technician initially told me -- yes you can use a bit of added freon to make your A/C cooler but then he said none was included in the $100 maintenance check. I asked him to call Ricky the office manager to ask for permission to add 1/2 lb of freon. After they talked he changed the story that I didn't need any freon and if he added it it would make the A/C not as cold. DUH! I could have gotten a maintenance check with up to 2 lbs of freon for less than half of what I was charged. I would look elsewhere for A/C service. Cancelling my maintenance plan and going with the company who knows what they're doing and are reasonably priced.
Update: Jason reached out to me and scheduled a follow up visit at no charge and recommended some ways to make the A/C work more efficiently. He checked the freon level again and confirmed that there was no freon needed to be added. We will see the outcome when there are 95 degrees outside how accurate his assessment was! For now all is good but I cancelled my $200 yearly maintenance plan which in all honesty was of no value to me. If and when I need A/C service I will call an A/C company right away and resolve the issue on a timely basis. Generally an A/C check including 2 lbs of freon goes for $40-50 nowadays so no need to pay $100.

Especially in today’s world where no one takes any pride in their work anymore, A/C Police Continues to remain the industry leader in customer service, professionalism, and accountability. They always respond and go above and beyond to ensure the job is done quickly, correctly, and to the customers complete satisfaction. I do not often rate services, Nor do I mince words when I do. A/C Police Is simply the best!

We scheduled a service call to clean our coils on a working air conditioner for $600. When Mike finished in less than an hour and left our home it did not cool. We called and he returned & changed some buttons on our clicker. 15 minutes later our air conditioner did not cool again. Mike returned & said our freon was a little low so he put some in & left. Of course, no air again. After numerous phone calls Jay came 3 days later and couldn't open our outside unit because it started to rain. He left & said he would call us on Saturday. Today, a week later & after calling the office & trying to have someone else come we were told that Jay had to speak to us. They scheduled times for him to call us but it never happened. We have since called Daikin & found out that our air conditioner was NEVER registered with the Co.
No wonder one one has ever called!!!!
We are now left with 90 heat, high humidity from the rain & no air.... What a great way for AC Police to treat a customer that has had service from them twice a year for almost 6 years.

Shawn runs an excellent company and is always there when you need him. I have had two of his technicians and both were excellent and very thorough! I feel very comfortable recommending him to my friends and family because I know they will get a great experience. The technician that came today showed me a photo of a before and after of my unit. I have had other companies maintain and clean it out before and no one has ever done this thorough of a job. AC Police is a top-notch company run by a very organized owner.
