My heating system needed serious work & I got a series of arrangements at the times AC could get to me in quite reasonable order, and as speedily as they could manage. Quite well handled.

Received polite and patient service. After drain pipe was unclogged, the rest of the system was reviewed and suggestions provided for what should be done. Never made it sound like an emergency, basically said when I am ready, get the coils cleaned and a couple other items replaced. No pressure for work that needed to be done at all. Great company. I appreciate the no pressure/no urgency angle.

Our A/C unit broke last Sunday 10/21 and we started searching online for a good company with good reviews and we found A/C Police. We called them and told them what was wrong with our A/C units and 45 minutes later Jay a technician from A/C Police showed up at the front door- something that I want to let you all know it’s that we received a message from A/C Police with the name and picture of the technician that was coming to our house and that was very nice and made us feel more comfortable- Jay was very friendly,professional and he finished the installation in just one day with the little help from his boss Shawn that came to help Jay and also to make sure that the job was done right because Shawn is the business owner and that gave us a great feeling about A/C Police knowing that starting from the owner and down to the technician team they all know what they are doing and didn’t leave until we were happy with the job they did. Our house is cool and wife and kids are happy, mission accomplished! Thanks to The help we got from A/C Police team. Andrew with AC police was great. He took his time went above and beyond to make sure our unit was back up and running . He had a good attitude and was super polite even though he had to stay a little later than planned . In addition , I called the office late in the day and Ricki the office manager made sure you help me out same day and we really appreciated it !! Great company .

Above and beyond is how I describe their service. I was called to see if they could swing by before I left for work to check my outside unit incase it was a quick fix because it was supposed to rain later that day ( when my appt was) They showed up, it did end up being a quick fix and I got my air up and running. Their level of care is palpable. Also, they offer a discount being a Cooper City resident. I can not express enough what an amazing company AC police are…. Highly recommended!!!

The technician texted that he was on his way, arrived on time and did a very thorough maintenance check inside and out! Kept me advised as to what he was doing every step of the way. Very polite and efficient!
