Initial contact with the owner was friendly, professional and helpful. He set up an appointment for me to have my air conditioner serviced very quickly. The technician who came to my home to service my A/C was on time, friendly, professional and helpful. I signed up for an A/C service maintenance contract with them because I was so impressed. Highly recommend them.
In 2023 I bought a new air conditioner from them. I had problems with my old one and it stopped working. They came very quickly and within 2 days I had my new A/C up and running
The office staff is personable and a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing customer service. Called same day and they came out. Service tech evaluated the situation and was straight forward what needed to be done. He had to come back out a few hours later as promised and finished the job. Prices are fair. Highly recommend

Same day service, very responsive and competent. Finished the job same day and we have air conditioning again. The price seemed super expensive, but I didn’t take the time to shop, and I relied on A/C Police to keep it fair. The price may have been very fair, but I needed quick and competent and that’s what I got, so 5 stars from me. Very nice people, for what it’s worth.

He attitude and attention to what I say always sets me at ease. The follow-through is always there. Just can't say enough about this wonderful, veteran owned company.

We had a great experience with AC Police. Everyone has been very professional and friendly. Aaron the service technician took his time and explained everything that he was doing. I am so glad that I now have a reputable AC company to service my AC. I also appreciate their military discount program being that I am retired military. I would highly recommend AC Police!

I have used them several times. They put a new unit in my home and fixed a unit at my office that wasn't installed properly. They could have easily sold my landlord a new unit but told him that wasn't necessary. I really appreciated that honestly. The cost of repairs was thousands and thousands less that what the repair cost. I definitely recommend them!

The only Company that would attack this job. Freon leak under the house. Replaced line set with new line set. Crazy how they removed a line set that was underground for forty years and replaced it. Super job!!

The air conditioning services provided by the AC Police have been nothing short of outstanding! They have taken the very tough job of repairing & maintaining my father's A/C unit in his neglected building. My father lives in a very large high rise over 40 stories tall where they have not cared properly for their very large population of residents when it comes to the master A/C system that feeds water to all of the condos. Many challenges have been faced with the unit. The building has a questionable cooling system that uses dirty water at times & coils they always claim have been cleaned, but we're in fact not. The AC Police have kept the cool air flowing while simultaneously getting no cooperation from the building's Maintenance Dept.
Ricky does an awesome job managing the technicians who keep up with our A/C unit so it is always functioning at the highest level. The AC Police is truly a five star company that I most strongly recommend for any & all air conditioning needs. 🫡
