My wife and I hired Morett Services AC to install a new AC unit in our townhouse. Miguel came to our house on time, and explained all different options and products available on the market. He was knowledgeable about each product and did not try to push for the most expensive options. We got exactly what we needed! We had a chance to consult with other AC professionals, but Miguel offered the best costumer service, product line, and the most competitive prices. We will certainly recommend his company to our friends and family.

Miguel and his team have been doing work for me a few years now. They are very courteous and professional. I have had many bad experiences with A/C technicians who try to rip us off. I did not post a review earlier because I wanted to make sure they were consistent. They just did another job for me and like always, Miguel was fair with his fees. These guys are not going to tell you to spend on parts you do not need, or to create more work to overcharge you. I have been recommending them to friends and no complaints so far. I highly recommend to give them a try, and I am sure you will be satisfied.

Miguel was very professional and was able to identify and repair the issue quickly. He even did an overall inspection of the unit and provided easy-to-do maintenance tips.

I happened to find Morett Services by "Googling" ac repair for my location. They had 5 stars out of 40 something reviews. Impressive! I decided to give them a try because of this and what I read here and after my visit with them I can honestly say that these glowing reviews do not go undeserved! Miguel and Jose were punctual, professional, communicated clearly, and above all else incredibly honest and fair. Miguel actually saved me a bunch of money by giving his honest and open professional opinion to skip an expensive process that would have had uncertain benefits since my system is so old. How many repair services talk themselves out of getting more money for the benefit of the customer? Not many, I'd imagine. For the services they did provide, they gave me an incredibly fair price. Thank you Morett Services! I'll definitely be calling them to install my new system when I need it. 100% wholeheartedly recommended.

Rule the air is very easy to deal with. Their pricing was fair and Miguel was very professional. They cleaned up everything and left our office like it was before they got there, only colder. I will definitely use them again.

They did everything to accommodate our urgent request and were ready to come help within a very short period of time. But then our A/C started working on its own. But we truly appreciate the effort and customer service! Definitely recommend

update: oh you have the transcript to the conversation why lie about it? I asked 3 different times and on the 3rd time your agent went offline requiring me to enter my question to be emailed to you so I just gave up. How hard is it to answer the question "does your pre-paid no hassle shipping for 74.99 include a tailgate"

the "disconnected" excuse is crap because we all know everything is saved and if its not then just reconnect back to the chat, this isn't a 1990's cell phone conversation, in fact when I go back to your site it shows you blocked me, because when I use a vpn I can ask you a question. As you can see in the pic, the agent "Wally" will just disconnect the chat unless you give him your name and email.

in order for them to answer a simple question using their online chat, the representative will not answer you unless you give them your name and email address so they can sign you up for promotions you don't want. If you ask complex questions they will not even accept the chat and respond. I decided to buy from hvac direct instead.
