ARCO always shows up when you need them. Alain is the best tech that has ever worked on my AC unit. He always finds the problem and fixes it right. I finally have an AC guy I totally trust, and he's friendly as well. I highly recommend him to family and friends.

I recently moved to Davie and had to have the AC serviced at my new home purchase. Alain came by and gave me an honest assessment. He sent pictures of the issues and fixed them and sent me pictures after too. He did a great job. Professional and great service.

I had a great experience with ARCO AC Service Tech. Alain can be a little hard to reach at times, but when he shows up, he does excellent work. My A/C is now running smoothly with no leaks and strong, cool airflow. I also appreciate that he came back when I called about a follow-up issue, very reliable and professional. Compared 2 other companies that made appointments and flaked, these guys are great. Made an appointment the day before, they gave a time, and asked for confirmation 3 separate times which I think is good since other companies make appointments and never show. Communication was great. While doing a cleaning on my coil for the ac unit I asked for a couple more estimates and they were able to give me quotes before they finished the current job. They were on time and pleasant. I plan to use them again in the future since I have an old house and the bs never stops. Clean your coils people! Pics of what mine looked like. I just bought the house so this definitely isn't my maintenence history being shown. I don't think it's been cleaned in 20 years.
