Gerardo was great! I highly recommend him, I was having the worst day ever! i called different companies they said they would show up and never did I was without A/C for 2 days!! until I called Gerardo he showed up at 8 pm and saved my life! The best ac service ever! He was honest and answered all my questions thoroughly. He did not overcharge the price was very reasonable i was able to pay with no problem!

I met Gerardo couple years ago, he replaced my air handler, & Condenser, brand new, he shows up early, very impressed with his work ethic, I have referred him to many of my friends, they all say the same thing, he’s reasonable, shows up on time, and works clean, more importantly knows exactly what hat he’s doing.

I used this company and they did a great job fixing a problem created by a much larger company that sold me a lower unit that wasn’t right for the space of my condo and also crimped a pipe that would have eventually caused the o condenser on the roof to be broken. They also had to replace the lower unit because it was broken and replaced it with one that was appropriate for the space and wasn’t sitting right on top of my water heater pipes.

My regular guy that services my condos was out of the Country and I didn't know who to reach out to. I saw MANY great reviews on Nextdoor. I called and was assured that I would be seen at a certain time and sure enough Gerardo gave me a ETA and took care of my issue and I thought was extra thorough. I believe I have a new company to services my properties.

I was referred to Hvac Always cooling after I had made appointments with two other HVAC companies which never kept the appointments. Gerardo at Hvac always cooling kept the appointment, was on time and provided a truly impressive service. This was two years ago and I'm still very pleased with their services. They are honest, offer reasonable prices and they pay great attention to detail. I'm also grateful that Gerardo suggested I get heating which I found absurd, but after the cold snaps we've had, I told him how grateful I was for suggesting it. Thank you truly for your excellent services.

We just got helped by Mike and Eric, they were wonderful and thorough, went through all the details with us and were very kind as well. Overall, beyond happy with their service and will be opting for it again!

AIRPRO COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE BASIC HUMANE LIVING CONDITIONS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I called Airpros company because my air conditioner wasn't working. The technician advised me that the "breaker tripped" and he flipped it back on and the air conditioner started back working. I further explained to him that I had recently had an inspection and discovered that I had a "double tap" and what are some solutions to correct the problem. The tech offered me a price of $2200 for service along with some other things he said I needed done. I politely declined his offer. As the tech was packing up and collecting his tools, I noticed my air went off. I asked him about it and he stated until I fix the double tap the breaker will continue to trip. I then asked him well how were you able to get the air back working, he said he had to do some "rewiring" to get it on. I let him know that I have very young children living here, can he put the air back on. He basically ignored my request and suggested I pay the $2200. UPON MY OWN INVESTIGATION, THE TECHNICIAN WENT AND SHUT OFF THE MAIN POWER SOURCE ALONG WITH THE TWO BREAKERS. I have EVERYTHING on my home surveillance. I payed him $60 in cash for the $59 service fee. He left without giving me a receipt and my change. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

Eric was exceptionally professional. And service was outstanding.

My dispatcher Iggy was extremely helpful and polite during this process. All of my questions were answered in regards to the technician coming out to evaluate my unit. It feels good to receive great customer service. I would recommend Airpros to my friends and family from the service I received with Iggy.

I bought a unit from Air Pros in January 2025. Every time I had a question regarding the warranty, the County inspection, or anything else, I knew I could rely on ABEL ROGRIGUEZ to help me. Jiming was very professional and courteous, conferred with the landlord and I. I like what he said about my home for being such a young man. It was decorated for Christmas, and he said he felt like it was a warm, welcoming place to be. I shared with him about my 33 year old daughter, who was my Nursing School baby and ( I had her 12 weeks before my State Board Exams), she received her Heavenly Wings due to Metastatic Breast Cancer, his concerns where genuine. For me, he was so kind and supportive, and all his comments made my day. Thank you

I had to replace 3 AC units, Javier and Miguel were hard working and professional. I had them come back for more work bc of their previous performance.

Once again i had an appointment for a morning window of 8 am till 12 than i have to call to find out it wont be till 1-5 They have done this so many times during the main installation and maintenance

The staff of AirPro came out the same day, diagnosed my problem, offered me a couple of different options for solutions and had new equipment installed by the end of the day. Krystal was so helpful and responsive and all the on-site staff were polite and so professional.

I had a fantastic experience with the technician Jeff. From the moment he arrived he was professional and courteous. The repair was done efficiently, and he even took the time to clean up afterward, leaving the area spotless. What stood out the most was his knowledge and attention to detail, ensuring everything was running perfectly before he left. Truly outstanding service!

They sent a technician that did not know how to do maintenance, after calling them the next day they sent over Darian who was the best tech they have ever sent us, he went above and beyond. We were very happy with his servicing and was so professional and hard working. He is an asset to your company you need more technicians like this!
