Another great experience with Air Pros today. Our tech; Jiming, identified a fault with our a/c's capacitor during our bi-annual inspection as part of our home's maintenance plan and we were able to take action before a costlier issue arose.

First I wanna say thank you guys for an outstanding quick restoration on my unit but I’d like to personally thank and rate Sean Montoya on his hospitality and service the kid was great and humorous 10/10 experience

Just want to say Sean and Wayne came by did the maintenance on my unit they were very kind very respectful very prompt they did an excellent job inform me about different things on my unit and we're very knowledgeable about what they were doing I want to score them the highest you can score anybody and thank you so very much for continuing a very good a relationship with me have a great day

Albert from Airpros was terrific from start to finish, rarely do you find someone aside from an owner who is dedicated to their job & takes the time to explain the how & whys of everything. From start to finish he explained the need for routine maintenance from outside to inside (it’s easy to forget the machine outside does 1/2 the work “out of site out of mind”), and the need to routinely change your filters monthly & not skip either. He explained everything top to bottom, outside unit, inside unit, ac ducts… along with photos that he took along the way 👍👍 to the service and 👍👍 to the explanations! Much thanks!

Contacted company to redo my AHU plenum which was forming condensation and creating mold. My AC is in the garage. I want to thank Anthony, my technician, who came out and did a remarkable job. He was very professional and informed me of everything he was doing to remedy the situation. Very knowledgeable HVAC professional and a great guy.
